We found the vehicle we wanted, online. Went in to see the car and JP assisted us. No pressure sales approach, plus knowledgeable about the vehicle. We have had the car for over a month, and we are very satisfied! Talked to John Paul more than once since the sale; he is very friendly and personable. What a joy working with John Paul! I called on a car that was active on the internet and the person on the phone confirmed that they had it on the lot for sale. As I had an hour round trip plus the cost of a babysitter; I was quite disappointed when I found out that they in fact did not have the car. However, when manager TJ Abell found out what had happened; he sincerely apologized and took care of it to my satisfaction. His ability to reach out and make things right are signs of good integrity at this dealer ship. Will consider them for future purchases.

Overall great experience in buying the car. Love the car. The sales adviser Jorgen was a fantastic resource. He was very approachable and built a good rapport where I could trust him and tell him what I wanted and he worked with me.

Had very great service from the entire staff, in particular Jorgen. Jorgen was never pushy and although I came in not really looking like a serious buyer I ended up buying a 2009 Ford F-150 and he gave me a lot of his time.

I've purchased a couple cars in my day and bounced around from dealer to dealer. Elite motors has the full package and John Paul was the icing on top.
