I was told many lies about the vehicle I was interested in. I was promised certain things that never came through. Not only was I promised a certain price that they went back on, I also was told the car came with certain features that it did not have. When I first arrived to the dealership the salesman had a list of how to lie to customers depending on what questions they asked sitting out on his desk. The dealership claims they did a 70 point inspection of every vehicle. I had the Jeep I was looking into sent to a Jeep dealership to get a full inspection. I was told that the breaks were so bad that they needed replacing immediately. If they had really done a 70 point inspection, why did they not catch this issue. I was very disappointed with how I was treated, and how unprofessional these people are.

My sister and I came all the way from Hammond IN to get a great deal on a beautiful Tahoe. They were very helpful workers along with being patient and cooperative. Things were a bit confused but they made sure everything was understood.
