After searching for a few months, I finally found the perfect Volvo XC70 at Elite Motors in Mundelein. It had everything I was looking for.... plus it was beautiful. Elite Motors did a great job cleaning this 2007 car because it looked brand new inside and out. My husband and I met with Craig Galanti for a test drive and I immediately knew the car was a find. It drove so nice compared to others I had driven. Craig seemed honest and very professional. He wanted to give us the best deal possible and managed to give us a good price for our trade-in. The car was a good price so we didn't feel we had to haggle. He also helped me get the finance rate I wanted and was able to drive my new car home.... Thanks Craig, I really love my XC70.

OK,. SO I was unhappy as to the Warranty, but now have had several phone calls from John and he is very helpful in explaining what happened. In the long run, I understand why this took place as it did, and would definitely refer my associates to JOHN he is very honest and I don't believe he was at fault at all! The communication from John about the mix up is excellent, and he has turned a not great experience back into an amazing one. He was able to meet my payment goals and I drove out of there with a beautiful car at a great price.

Craig is by far the best salesman I've ever done business with. He is very professional straight up no bs and friendly kinda guy.

I just want to give a shout out to Andy. He is by far one of the funniest, yet professional salesmen I've worked with. There was absolutely no pressure to the buying process. After wasting 4 hours of my life at another dealership that didn't even want to take the time to go over options, Andy took the time out of his day to explain to me the REAL buying process for my situation. They offered me what other dealerships did for my trade, but I'm a little upside down on it. He explained to me logically what I could afford. I know where I stand to get the vehicle of my dreams, definitely will be back to Elite Motors hopefully to work with Andy when the time is right.
