Decent experience

The dealership has great cars to choose from. The salesman, Christian, was awesome. Very friendly and informative. He made the experience very comfortable. The management tries to play tricks though.

BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!

Bought 05' Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo in January, less than 2 days later had engine knock. Dealership took care of, cool...They install new engine, Awesome !!! Have car back, less than 3 weeks jeep stops running again. Find out through second professional mechanic, to find out engine no installed properly. Now having trouble getting car fixed by Elite Motors. Jeep has less than 800 miles on new engine and stalls. Cant see myself paying for a 1500lb paperweight. Good luck, hope your experience is better than mine.

Thanks for fixing the problem, the experience and customer service was horrible still...Feel things didn't get moving until I got my Bank involved with the situation. It should not have gone that far...Less than 700 miles put on SUV and 2 major problems...I really appreciate everything, but again, the experience I went through with dealing with your employees was very stressful and I wouldn't wish and want that experience on anyone...
