I stopped by Elite after seeing a 3series coupe I was...

I stopped by Elite after seeing a 3series coupe I was looking for for sometime. I dealt with Craig upon my arrival. He was very helpful and really knew what he was talking about unlike others dealers that I visited during my search. When I first saw the car it appeared a bit dirty since the cars are parked outside. After a few minutes the car was pulled up to the door clean and ready. To be honest I was on the defense expecting pushy staff. To my surprise everyone was really pleasant and helpful. We did go back and forth trying to work out a deal but barely got $200 off. I was kind of disappointing but still ended buying the car because it was exactly what I was looking for. At the end of the day im pretty happy, got what I wanted pretty good rate and a decent deal on the warranty. Nick

To be honest I was a little concerned with some of the...

To be honest I was a little concerned with some of the reviews I read from previous clients. However I really wanted a specific e350 that Only Elite Motors had in the area so decided to give them a try. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly sales staff who catered to me as if I wanted to buy a Ferrari. The e350 was just as described on their site. Prior to buying I scheduled an inspection at Motorwerks and the vehicle passed with flying colors. Debra in finance department got me a lower rate then my credit union. I bought a warranty for the vehicle as well which was priced bellow what I found elsewhere. Its been over three weeks I have no issues with the car and I feel I was treated very fairly by the staff at Elite. I know that most of the time people post reviews to express disappointments, however im a happy customer and would do business with Elite again.

Quick Responses, Easy Remote Buying

My wife was dead set on a Volvo S60 R with a manual transmission. I searched many websites trying to find one, and found Elite Motors on cars.com. They had about 40 photos of a low-mileage 2006 Volve 26 R with a manual transmission. I live in a western suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, and did not want to drive to north of Chicago to test drive a used car, but decided to call anyway. I spoke with Doug Michaelis, who told me about the car and assured me that the car was clean and as advertised. I showed the information relating to the car to my wife, who wanted to talk to Doug about it. After that conversation, she wanted to buy it, even though we had not test driven it. I called Doug and made a deposit using a credit card over the phone. I then obtained financing from an provider I found on the Internet. Doug and Elite sent me the paperwork and worked with my lender through a title service. Elite shipped the car to me at a very reasonable cost within a week or so. The car is absolutely beautiful. I had it inspected by our local Volvo dealer, and he said it was one of the nicest cars he's seen for a while. My wife loves it. I am an attorney, so I am trained to be skeptical of everything and also to never buy anything sight unseen. But I had a good experience with Elite Motors, and would buy another car from them in the future.

Be very cautious when dealing with these people. I have a sale pending right now for 2006 audi a8 with premium and sport package. This deal has turned sour. I will not purchase this car the finance manager is a very shady character. I walked out on this deal because the finance manager increased the price during signing and refused to justify his reason. He maintained that he had to increase price face to face. I have my suspicions but suspicions are not facts so, i wont comment on that. Just be very careful and read through your paperwork if you deal with these people. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.

Excellent Experience

I bought my car from Craig Gutowsky and it was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Awesome inventory, excellent service and I love my new Benz.... I would highly recommend Elite Motors and Craig. It was a long drive for me (coming from Michigan), but well worth it. Thanks Craig!!!

Quality Service and fair pricing

We have had a Toyota Sienna for 8 years and decided it was time to get another one. We live near Schaumburg and went to Car max and Schaumburg Toyota and ??. Having three children we are very focused on the cost of a vehicle. Our experience at other dealers was okay, not awful but not wonderful. When we went to Elite Motors we were greeted and felt welcomed right away, more of a family atmosphere. We had a trade in and were concerned about trading it in, thought we might get more money elsewhere. Our salesman Steve was very helpful and moved the process along. We know buying a car can take a long time and having kids with us we were a little stressed. We met with Mark the stores manager, he chatted with our kids and talked to us about the benefits of purchasing from them. We felt like we were buying a car from a family member, Mark answered my endless questions and was very helpful and nice. We did trade our vehicle in and opted for a warranty as well. My previous van had cosmetic damage from years of kids and road trips, Debra got us protection for the interior and the paint. She was helpful going over warranties and how it would change our payment. We had checked with our credit union and because of the age of the car and miles our rate was not that good. Debra asked us to fill out an application and we got a much better rate with her bank. Overall our experience was very pleasant, I feel we got a great price on the car and trade in and have recommended Elite Motors to my family and friends

2 Vehicles Purchased From Elite Motors

I purchased my 2007 Acura MDX From Doug in November 2011. I had a great experience so when we were in the market for new new vehicle for my wife We saw Elte had a 2005 GMC Envoy Denali. I called Doug and he stated it was new and they didnt have pictures yet. He took a few pictures with his phone and emailed them to me. We told Doug we were intreasted. Doug has great follow up skills and I would recommend Him and Elite Motors to any friends or Family. They have great prices and give correct information on the vehicles. We live 31/2 hours from the dealership and it has been very worth the drive! Thanks Doug and Elite Motors!
