BEWARE! Finance agent AMY THOMPSON, registered my car to her home address in Waukegan which is literally illegal. I had to file a report with the Illinois secretary of police in order for her to do her job. Everyone I talked to along the way was shocked, and told me this was extremely illegal. One person even sighed and said yeah we’ve heard of this place before. Her boss told me it was my fault because I took too long to send over my vin inspection, and that they needed it within 90 days. When I told him I sent it within 75 days he said, oh it’s actually 21 (LOL!) Her boss later admitted to my agent he knew what AMY THOMPSON had done was illegal. AMY THOMPSON is a liar, and a liability to this company. Do not work with her, do not let her handle any important documents related to anything important in your life. She’ll tell ya she needs to run your credit, and run it twice just for fun. Oh, and did I mention she ILLEGALLY registered my car at an address I’ve never lived at in a state I’ve never lived in? Absolutely insane. Glad I have Indiana plates for my car now :) Seriously, I didn’t even know IL needed two plates on their car to be street legal, I looked at my wife and was like oh how cool! They sent an extra! Haha
