Alex is my salesman.
Alex is my salesman. He is an enthusiastic, very informative, and easy to talk person. I got a message from him just as requested the Rover availability confirmation on the site. And we agreed for an appointment to test drive 2 Rovers at once. Alex was not pushing. I need some time to recheck my cash flow, put everything together, and to make a final decision. He fixed the price for me till next week. Good impression from the visit to Elite Motors, despite the fact that I haven't bought any car yet.

Awful!
Awful! Elite Motors is a dealership everyone should avoid. Prices higher than advertised. Won’t sell vehicles without $4500.00 in additional add ons that are unnecessary. Car had major issues. Sales people are very shady and turn into xxxxxxxx when you disagree with their shady sales tactics. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. Would give negative stars if I could.

Guys at elitemotors.
Guys at elitemotors.com were very professional and patient while I am making a decision. Everybody is very helpful and respectful. They got me into an amazing Lincoln 2018 with comfortable financing terms. But I need to check all pros and cons. Overall, positive experience, will come again.

We started "casually" looking at Audi convertibles with no real time frame for purchase as it wasn't a necessity vehicle. Elite Motors had a good selection of high end cars in a variety of price points. The sales experience started with Michelle, who sets the tone with her sunny demeanor. Rob was a great salesperson, checking the Carfax to verify maintenance records as well as looking at the tire tread as we requested. He had a pleasant, non-pushy attitude which Cindy really appreciated. Marco, the sales manager, explained all pricing and bolstered value by detailing the benefits of purchasing with their dealership including the all vital tire and appearance protections. As a former car salesperson, integrity in pricing and straightfoward but amicable sales attitudes are extremely important to me. Thanks for a great experience!

Horrible Place.
Horrible Place. STAY AWAY. Sold me a lemon. They claimed the Jeep had no issues. Everything was 100%. Took it home 4.5 hours away. The check engine light came on. Took it to a Jeep dealership. Had certified mechanic look at it. U joints. Springs, brakes, transmission, shocks, struts, radiator hoses, belt, and numerous other items need to be replaced. Jeep mechanic told me not to drive it long distance until it's all fixed. Called the dealership and told them what all was wrong. What the Jeep mechanic said. Elite claimed their mechanic stated nothing was wrong with it when they sold it. Stuff just doesn't magically go bad overnight. I got nothing but attitude from Elite. STAY AWAY from this place.

I test drove a 2013 Honda Odyssey back in August.
I test drove a 2013 Honda Odyssey back in August. After the test drive, I put down a $1000 deposit on the condition that it pass an independent inspection. The salesman assured me it was a refundable deposit. The inspection revealed some minor issues that should have been caught in the 150-point inspection they said they performed - loud squealing on ignition from the rusted tensioner assembly and a 15-degree misalignment. Not big things. I asked Elite motors if they would fix the issues before I purchase the car. They wanted to charge me $250. I said I didn't want to have hundreds of dollars in unexpected repairs before the car was off the lot. They offered to make the repairs for $225. I asked for my deposit back. At this point they ghosted me. I couldn't reach anyone for two days until finally the salesman texted back that his manager now says the deposit is non-refundable. I called repeatedly and couldn't get anyone on the phone. One salesman finally picked up - he seemed sympathetic but unable to help. He kept saying he would get more info and call back in 10 or 15 minutes but I would wait for hours to hear anything. I called repeatedly without success until another sales manager, Joseph, answered. He immediately started yelling at me and told me I could "take the f***ing car or lose my thousand dollars." He also said that Elite Motors only performs the minimum amount of repairs required by law and that he isn't obligated to fix those issues. After a few minutes of heated exchange, he hung up on me. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. It took several weeks to resolve, during which time I received one call from someone at Elite Motors, who left a voicemail and never called back, while I made more than 100 calls trying to get someone on the phone to resolve the issue. They misrepresented the quality of the vehicle and the work they did on it. They lied about refunding my deposit. They made no real effort to communicate with me. They tried to steal my money.
