SELLER BEWARE
SELLERS BEWARE! I'm honestly dumbfounded by what's happened. On Tuesday morning, Henry from sales reaches calls me unsolicited to offer to buy a car I had listed. His offer was reasonable, but I was worried I was being scammed. I asked him if it was okay if I checked them out to verify they were legitimate, and I was encouraged to find out that they appeared to be a credible company. I called Henry back to accept the offer that he had made. He was excited that it had worked out, and he told me that Brian would call me within an hour to send me the bill of sale and to discuss a wire transfer for the car. Brian would also give me the instructions for their inspector to come and for the car to be picked up. Three hours went by without a call. I texted Henry, and he assured me that he was reaching out to Brian and that Brian would call. Two more hours went by. I texted Henry again, worrying I was being a bother, and he told me that he couldn't find Brian. I had told two prospective buyers that I already had an agreement with someone as a result of my conversation with Henry. On Wednesday morning, I still haven't heard anything. I reach out to Henry a third time, and he says that he was about to call me to explain why Brian never called. Of course, I still haven't received that call either and it's the evening now. I honestly can't believe that people do business this way. They called me. They offered me. I accepted their offer. Then, they completely ghosted me. I'm confused and frustrated. SELLER BEWARE IF THEY CALL YOU!

Buyer Beware
I took my daughter to Elite Motors to look at for a car, it was listed for $21,500.00 , they wanted $27,000 with all their extra add stuff they try to push on you. All of the cars they offer are from Canada, it’s some form of a scam, they tell you it voids the warranty and then they want to sell an after market warranty.

Absolute scam, don't be fooled!
Actual scammers. You call to discuss a vehicle, agree to terms that might work for you, just to receive a purchase agreement with $3000 in extra fees being presented as mandatory. On top of that, they offer less in trade in value than a junkyard. No thanks. I think I'll spend my money at a reputable dealer instead. This place will be out of business soon enough.

I am sure they will have a whole set of new employees over the next 10 days and so on.....they wait for one to fall for their Gimmicky operation. Disgusting and Disgusted. DO NOT TRUST.

RUN AWAY
If you want your credit ran 20 times and to purchase a vehicle that doesn’t have car fax this is the place for you. I purchased a vehicle that doesn’t have a registered vin number that also broke down within a month and a half. From the owner who looks like a drug addict to the thirsty unknowledgeable sales reps to the idiotic mechanics I don’t know how this place still exist. DO NOT go there. Overpriced vehicles that break down haven’t been serviced and a bunch of lies and cold shoulders. You’ve been warned.
