Upon walking into dealership, the atmosphere felt pretty ‘laxed.’ Music was bumpin’ on a Wednesday, early afternoon, staff appeared laid back. Although, most importantly, attentive to our scheduled arrival. The negotiation/ transaction went pretty smooth, up until we were informed we needed to drive to the nearest bank to obtain a Cashiers check for the purchase. Didn’t like the wait time too much. As we informed them of our time consensus. Had to be somewhere at 3. Although Quinton was apologetic and mindful of our time. Even provided snacks and refreshments during out wait. We arrived at 11am and didn’t get out til 2:40pm. Mind you, we lived ~1 hr away. Not sure if that’s the average wait time. Also, they didn’t accept credit card/ debit card for a certain amount. And req’d a Cashiers Check for the purchase. That wasn’t even informed to us from the beginning. So to have been better prepared. But even then, we had to drive over to closest Chase bank to obtain one. Which was pretty inconvenient. And the detailing on the vehicle was not on point. We still found (who knows how old)fries in the pockets of the passenger seat, crumbs along the base of shift knob, windows were still a bit dingy. Knowing which vehicle we were coming to see for a possible sale, should’ve been better prepared. Especially with knowing the ins and outs of the vehicle. How things work. But I guess nothing that I can’t find out from a YouTube video. Overall, Good Dealership. Great customer service on Quintons part. Could improve on the detailing of the vehicle. It is all about lasting impressions….
