This was my first experience with Walser’s service

This was my first experience with Walser’s service department. The intake area was spacious and I was greeted by a service advisor as I drove into the shop. This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealer in the past 10 years.

My car was not serviced until one hour after the

My car was not serviced until one hour after the scheduled appointment time, so the wait was two hours plus. Further, no mention was made about low tire tread after the tire rotation at this appointment, when it was mentioned to me at my last appointment over six months ago, when "coincidentally" Walser was having a tire sale/promotion.

Had my RAV4 in for some extended warranty service work .

Had my RAV4 in for some extended warranty service work . while it was there they found an additional problem that was also covered by the warranty , so they notified me and were able to fix it while it was there and in the same time frame. Thanks team.
