Employee tried to make me pay for a repair that was covered under Toyota's Customer Support Program. The parts were also not on hand to complete the repair despite me specifically mentioning what I wanted done when setting up the appointment on the phone.

Walser got me in quickly. The competent team updated me regularly on the status of my vehicle. Appreciated having the video of the inspection and a good understanding of what was needed. Grateful the work was able to be completed that day. The service was more expensive than in other shops but value the expertise, professional service, and knowing the work was done right.
