Salesman knew nothing.

Salesman knew nothing. Manager unhelpful. Actual delivery and explanation of features was terrible. Will never buy from Walser again.

After waiting for vehicle for 4months, with no updates

After waiting for vehicle for 4months, with no updates from dealership, sales manager insisted we take delivery within 2 days upon vehicle's arrival or lose it, in spite of fact we were out of town. When we did pick up vehicle, they took our check and that was it. I asked about someone showing me features of vehicle and was pawned off on a kid at reception desk who asked me "what do you want to know"? Will NEVER buy from Walser again.

After finding the new car sticker for $1400 less than

After finding the new car sticker for $1400 less than what I paid in the glove box, I drove to the car dealer to inquire why. I was told Toyota made a mistake on the final price. I was shocked and appalled when the dealership refused to honor the sticker price.

I take my car in for a diagnostic and was told they

I take my car in for a diagnostic and was told they couldn't do it because they didn't have time. So somebody drove it around and said it was fine. We about ready to trade it in,and always had good luck with the sales department, making it the 5th car we bought from them. Gave me an insulting price for our trade in, but didn't feel like driving to different cities for the trade. Didn't test drive the car because we have had Toyotas for years. Signed the purchase agreement for a car with 5 miles on it. Got the car home and it has 9700 miles on it.
