If I could give negative stars, I would.

I test drove and purchased a 2003 Subaru Forester on Friday, 2/8/19. Everything seemed ok. No dashboard warning lights or anything lit up so I figured I was getting a decent to and from work and backup family vehicle. Boy, was I mistaken! I took the vehicle home on 2/9/19, and did not drive until Monday 2/11/19. On my way to work, the check engine, battery, and brake light came on. On my way to work on 2/12/19 the car was not running properly. After speaking with the used car manager, he basically told me to bring it in for a free inspection so that they could show me exactly what IWOULD NEED TO FIX. I attempted to do this, and the car died on the middle of University avenue and about 85th. I'm extremely upset that I'm now out the $2700 the vehicle cost me, plus $250 to have it towed to my TRUSTED garage, plus what will end up being $3500 for a motor rebuild due to faulty timing belt, head gasket leaks, extremely worn brakes. I'm extremely upset because they KNEW that I needed this car for family reasons. I believe that cars like the one I purchased thinking it was at the very least driveable, should last more than THREE DAYS. I have no recourse but to pay the loan. They have offered me nothing in return for the piece of crap experience that I've had but to bring the vehicle in to tell me what is wrong with it. Why would I bring it back to the place that sold me a vehicle that didn't even last me three days or two trips to and from my job? It is absolutely rediculous to not be able to expect a quality vehicle from a 'reputable, friendly' chevrolet dealership. Negative three stars

Great buying experience.

I just purchased another new vehicle from Friendly Chev I contacted Mark Kruse as to the vehicle I wanted he located it from another dealership and we got the deal done the same day very impressive if your looking for a dealership you won't be sorry to buy it here.

Great experience & fast processing !!!!

Bought an used vehicle from this lot, a few days ago. The experience was great and very friendly. I was honored to work with a spectacular salesman.....that goes beyond the call of duty!! I'm one satisfied customer and owner!!!

Went the extra mile!

Bought a used truck,found a serious problem,returned it no question asked,No strange looks,felt very comfortable,I was very impressed,the buying process was just as impressive.I would recomend these guys to anyone!

Complete nightmare once again..

I wouldn’t buy a bag of chips from this place nor would I refer anybody here worst service I’ve ever Experienced in my life complete idiots working on your car.. They can’t even get oil levels correct... Just a complete joke worse Chevy dealer in the state and hands-down xxxx this place!!

Exceptional Customer Service

Very impressed with our sales person, John Jelinek. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were inquiring about. Very personable!!! The whole staff was very pleasant and good to work with, made buying a vehicle very easy.

Good Experience

After several weeks of looking for a new vehicle we decided on Friendly Chevrolet. Ronnie Clark was a great help he answered all the questions about the vehicle we were interested in. He was very accommodating and very knowledgeable of the computer & phone settings that are part of the vehicle. We are very pleased with Ronnie and the staff at Friendly Chevrolet.

Best experience

Dion Kennedy was the best. He had the patience and spent lots of time with me. Had the equinox ready when I go there. Greg Pirner from finance was also great. Took time to explain all the options. Friendly Chevy is the best.

Wonderful Serivice from beginning to end.

We saw an SUV online in the Friendly Chev Bargain lot. We called them on a Friday afternoon about it and Jeff sent us an email right away to fill out for pre approval for financing. We filled it out Friday night and said we would be out there on Saturday to test drive it. We called Saturday to make sure the SUV was still there and Jeff said it was and to come down and check it out. He said that his goal would be to have us in and out of there in 2 hours with the SUV. We got there at 12:15 and the test drive went well except the brakes seems bad. Jeff said no problem, they could get those replaced for us. We drove over to the main lot from the bargain lot and Jeff got Zac the finance guy to get working for us. Zac came back with a little higher payment than we wanted and we asked if we put more money down could he find us something better. Not only did he find us something better, he was able to get our payments down $38 per month more than what we were originally looking at and $12 per month under what we had budgeted for the payments and that included the Gap insurance. They even got us out in just over 2 hours (2.25 hours total) from start to finish. Both guys were so friendly, so nice and extremely easy to work with. After months of looking for a vehicle and dealing with dealerships that could not help us or didn't want to work with us to get something that worked for everyone. These 2 guys were truly a breath of fresh air. Thanks Jeff and Zac, you really made our day.
