great service

Fast and friendly service. Although I would have one request. The sticker placed on the car after the oil change, could have a larger font so that it would be easier to read. (I'm getting older and small print is not easy to read!

Mitsu. Endeavor

I baught a used SUV in June of 2015. WIthin 2 days I had problems with the locks. I took it back and no questions asked they fixed it. Sounds good right? No it took over 3 weeks to fix. Plus now the doors and inner panels rattle when you drive it. A couple months later I got a flat tire. When I went to change it there was no jack or torch wrench. Now I find out there is several recalls on this vehicle that did not get attention while the SUV was with them. These things should all have been taken care of before the resale of the SUV. The only good thing I can say is the sales man was not pushy or give a ton of sales pitches. He was just a nice guy trying to be helpful. I will repost when recall issues get fixed either by them or someone else.

new tires at Friendly Chev

Techs did a great job getting the car ready on time, but the service writers got swamped, and it took 15 minutes just to get the paperwork so I could pay and leave.

Very easy and helpful

Smooth and seamless, easy and friendly, everyone was very helpful. Dealership was clean and very nice and not crowded or cluttered

Great Service

Came in to the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation at 5:15 on Friday Oct. 2. The crew working was great. The quick lube area was already clean and the crew ready to end the day at 6:00. Greeted me with a smile, job was done in a timely manner and they even washed the car. Please let them know that it was a great experience.

Best place to buy and service your vehicle

My family has been doing business with friendly Chev for over 20 years and have always received excellent customer service. I myself have purchased two new vehicles from friendly Chev and will be back for my 3rd one. There service department is also very fast and very professional. They do an awesome job no complaints.

Jimmy great sales guy friendly and helpfull

Great friendly service

Very quick and efficient service, car was done before I expected it, even washed the car for me. One of the, if not the most, user friendly dealer visit I have had. Will definitely bring our car back for service.
