Slick & quick resolution

A minor difficulty w / emergency brake being partially engaged. besides I was able to get an est. for 4 tires promotion good thru 11/30/15 ! Always friendly committed service and cleaned to boot !

Great Service

I'm very busy, so I made an appt even though they suggest a first come, first basis and they honored my appt AND brought me work and picked me up when it was done. WONDERFUL service!

Great service, helpful representatives.

My experience at Friendly Chevrolet was very pleasant. Dustin Ruff took the time and showed me all options I was inquiring about with being patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in providing me with what I was interested in purchasing. Great and Enjoyable Experience!

James Peterson was an amazing salesman! What could have been a very stressful situation with a mix up on deals, it turned to be a very enjoyable experience. We have never laughed so hard when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you James for a wonderful experience! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Excellent customer service, friendly enviroment

Hell Week

Monday - Contacted dealer regarding Corvette they had for sale. I had 2 cars to trade, and since I live 60 miles from dealership, I sent photos of both cars via email so they could give me some idea of their trade value Tuesday - emailed to confirm that they had received my information and sent VIN#s as requested Wednesday - No contact from dealer, so I called to see if car was still for sale and if so, to arrange for test drive. Left voicemail - no response. Left work and drove an hour to dealership. The car was still for sale, and I took it for a test drive. Afterwards, met with salesperson and manager to discuss terms. Manager said he needed a day to value my trades, and that he would be out of the office on Thursday, but would contact me on Friday Thursday - no contact Friday - NO CONTACT Saturday - no contact - so I waited until early afternoon and then emailed the manager and asked about the status of our "deal". He responded by telling me THE CAR HAD BEEN SOLD ON FRIDAY MORNING! How does that happen? Worst experience ever with a car dealership.
