I have been coming to Friendly Chevy for years. And I have always asked to be helped by Chris Taylor. He is always so helpful and is always such a great voice of reason when I'm not sure what I need. He always makes me feel extremely at home there and I definitely will be coming back just because of him. :)

Friendly staff and helpfull
they need mountain dew for fountain pop. Under the bumper to bumper warentee I think they could have looked into why my AC wasnt working right.

new truck buying experience
Friendly's salesman, Dave Gross, identified a need,found the right truck,stayed persistent over a 6 week period to set the hook, then closed the sale by locating the exact suburban I wanted. Service was ok, not 100% satisfied.
I was pleased right up until I went to my truck in the parking lot. After spending $1000 I was very displeased to see that I did not even get a car wash. Also, I had full service maintenance performed and when driving out my "low washer fluid" light came on - they did not fill the reservoir, it was empty.

"Relax, stuff happens"
Originally went in one afternoon, tech said it would be an hr but it turned into 1 1/2 hrs and still my car was waiting to be serviced. I asked at the desk how long and how long i had been waiting and they were very sorry. i could not wait any longer however and they gave me a return oil change complimentary. I was not angry as I know that happens. When I came back it took about 35 min and everyone was very, very nice!!!

Recall of Vehicle
It only took from Sept to Jan to get it fixed because GMC didn't send the parts to take care of the recall.

Amazing People Skills
Everyone was awesome. The receptionist even gave me gum! My salesperson Tom was amazing dealing with me and my obnoxious demands. I define will recommend him and Friendly.

Great Dealership
Mitch Robinette did a great job as our sales person. He was knowledgeable & honest. We got a great price on our 2014 Cruze & I got more than expected for my trade. We will definitely be back. I truly believe u guys have great deals & I love using your service department when needed.
