Amazing People Skills

Everyone was awesome. The receptionist even gave me gum! My salesperson Tom was amazing dealing with me and my obnoxious demands. I define will recommend him and Friendly.

Friendly Chev Rocks!

Mike Swords at Friendly Chevorlet in Fridley, MN was extremely helpful and friendly. We are very happy with our new vehicle, and I would not hesitate to send others to him. Actually, I was referred to him by a friend of mine, and I would do the same for others.

Can't say enough about this dealership

It's nice to know the staff well enough. It also nice to walk in the door and the sales person my family has used many times looks at you and says, "I have the perfect car for you" and turns out that he was correct. Mike Swords has done that a few times for me, and each car I've gotten from him have been fantastic and well reliable. He's the reason why I buy my cars from Friendly Chev!

Outstanding Service!

I realize that Service Tech's have a thankless tough job. They are the face of the dealership and their ability to deliver impacts my overall view of working with Friendly Chevrolet. My Service Tech worked hard to find the right solution for me. He was professional throughout the entire process even when I pushed him for alternatives. He went above and beyond to find answers to my questions and found a way to make it easy for me. Great Job!!

Great customer service, friendly salesmen!

Will & Haris were great helps. The processed moved quickly and I was very satisfied with all of the help I received. I definitely plan on recommending Friendly Chev to friends and family members and I myself will plan on purchasing from the dealership again in the future. The only suggestion I have is for the detailing process to be quicker as well as to make sure to fill up the car with windshield wash. In addition, the soap wasn't washed completely off the trunk of my car, which left a gold sticky spot across the back.

Service for rear bumper inset and oil change.
