Best Experience Ever
My time working with Anthony was great! From day one, his communication and follow up was phenomenal! He personally drove the car to my house after I was hesitant in coming into the dealership and spending a half/whole day! That sold me instantly on purchasing this car in lieu of another. I have worked in the Sales Industry (Defense, Aerospace, etc) for over a decade and have only seen a handful of sales people like Anthony! Will be back for 2, 3, and 4 in the future! 10 Volvos to my 1st Cadillac! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve driven Volvos since 1997 and thought I was on track to drive them for the rest of time until that fateful day I was on my way to the Volvo dealership to get a new Volvo when I called my father and told him I was on my way to buy a new Volvo XC90, he suggested I call Kyle Meyer at Key Cadillac and try driving a couple Cadillacs. I called Kyle and asked what time they were open until and he said 5pm and I said I wouldn’t make it and he told me to not worry and he would wait to meet with me if I wanted to test drive a few vehicles that evening. I got there at 5:20pm and Kyle and an associate of his Anthony greeted me and proceeded to take me on a test drive of a sedan and then the XT5 and when I drove that vehicle it was truly heaven and an all new driving experience. I knew I had a hard decision to make when it came to leaving my Swedish Volvo family, but Kyle and Anthony with their attention to my needs and extremely service-minded made my decision easy and I ended up agreeing to buy the vehicle that night and pick it up a couple days later so it could get prepped for delivery. A few days later I went in and in less than 30-minutes I was done with the paperwork and in my new vehicle where Anthony took an hour of his time to walk me through the features of the XT5 until I understood them and had no further questions. I then went into the dealership to thank Kyle for making my experience seamless and a word I rarely use extraordinary. That’s when I was approached my a gentleman who introduced himself as Michael Stanzak the owner of Key Cadillac and he personally thanks me for my business and let me know how much it meant that I chose to buy a Cadillac from his 2nd generation family dealership. He is truly a class act as is the entire Key Cadillac team I met that day! I was about to leave and Anthony introduces me to a gentleman I’m having a hard time recalling his name and asked me if I was headed home and I said I was and he asked if this gentleman could meet me at my house to program my cars garage opener to our garage. I said well I’m all the way in Shakopee and I think I can manage the garage button and he insisted that they help me with that service. I was absolutely floored by the level of service and their commitment to my satisfaction with my new vehicle and their dealership. A little side note, I didn’t rate the Quality of Repair as I haven’t had that experience yet, but if it aligns with everything else I’ve experienced, it will be nothing short of amazing too! I am an over the top happy new Cadillac owner and customer for life of Key Cadillac.

Car Purchase
Gerry our sales person listened to us and helped us by giving us the information we needed when we needed it so we could purchase the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and went through the vehicles features when we picked up the var and zi can't remember the last one I bought that they took the time to do that so we k ew the unique features of the vehicle.

Dream Come True
My childhood dream was to one day buy a car from Key Cadillac. What I didn't know was how pleasant the experience would be when I did. Andrew, Ben and he entire team got me in the car I wanted within the budget I requested with little effort on my part. It was by far the best experience I have had with a dealership and to top it off, Mike and the staff came out to greet me as I prepared to drive off into the sunset with my dream fulfilled. Ordered the 2021 Escalade from Key Cadillac
I love Key Cadillac. I probably talked with Lisa Jensen the most. She is the BEST! She is so nice and the level of service she provided was over the top. I also spoke with Brian Thoresen who was great! They really have a top notch sales team. I also really love the service department. I took my other Escalade there and they were always great! This is my 4th Escalade. I will only buy from Key Cadillac!
