I bought a car yesterday. The service was great! The shopping process was fast and efficient. I went in for the car I was looking at online. It was in great condition. They gave me the receipts for the repairs to show their honesty. They filled my tank and rewashed my vehicle. Would definitely recommend them.

Great and HONEST Service
I was looking for a used XT5 SUV I saw online. Was approached “gently” by Anthony (you always feel you’ll get swamped) they aren’t like that at Key. Anthony let Me roam and admire the cars I wasn’t going to buy. He gently asked: “Have you been helped Sir?” I then told him about 3 specific used SUV’s I was looking at. He was laid-back...told me Pros/Cons of each. Anthony doesn’t “push” the Warranty or other things that make you sick when you go to buy a car. Once I bought the car, Anthony smoothly took me through the process. Offered me to call him with ANY/ALL questions...and I will! Was in and out in Under 3 hours!... Go see Anthony at Key

Our experience
Brian was wonderful to work with. He explained the difference between 3 car that we were looking at . When we came back to pick up our 2015 Cadillac xts he took the time to show us some of the ins and outs of the car. It's All dealerships should operate this way.
