Great service always from ( Boomer)

This is my second Encore, this one has more in the pkg and I really like it. Bought for comfort first looks second.

Great service from th dealer

James got my on-star fixed as soon as possible. However, GMC should make parts immediately available for defects from the factory. It shouldn't leave the factory without being tested.

They care about the relationship with the customer

I really appreciated the straight forward, no pressure approach. I also appreciated how much time you spent making sure we got the right vehicle, and your patience in letting us take our time to make the decision. It's obvious you care about establishing lasting relationships with your customers.

Excellent sales person with good customer skills.

My experience was pretty much with Sally. She was very professional and was a big reason I bought from McCarthy. She was very prompt in getting back to me and answering all my questions in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again and would recommend her to my friends.

Continual Excellent Purchase Experience

recall repair

Repair was due to a recall of door module. 1st appt had wrong part ordered and had to reschedule. Next apt went well and work was done quickly.

Nice Touch

Service person knew who I was when I got out of my veicle-she ran my plate. She greeted me and welcomed me in out of the cold, very nice!
