Great Experience

After browsing for trucks online for months and months, and seeing a good stock of trucks at Rochester Ford, we finally decided to go make an appointment and test drive a few this past December. While it was a very busy Saturday at the dealership, Terry had a truck ready for us up front and we took it for a test drive. My wife and I weren't big fans of the leg room in the Chevy crew cab that we drove, so we took a few other trucks out for a spin, which was no problem and there was no pressure or impatience. After driving a 2005 F-150 that we both enjoyed, the rest of the process was a cake walk. Our salesperson, Terry, was great to work with. Rick gave us more than a fair trade-in value on our Outback, and Jason in financing was a pleasure to work with. We'll definitely work with this crew again when it's time to upgrade to another vehicle. 5 months later, we love our truck, especially after handling one of the worst winters in Minnesota since the 1970s.

Lovin' Red

I recently purchased a '14 Ford Fusion and I love it. We had great service from our salesman Greg Kotten, and I loved the no pressure to purchase the vehicle. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and made sure we were comfortable. oh one other thing when we were done with paperwork they let us now there was a scuff on the car and they would buff it out free of charge. They also taught us how to use the electronics in the car which is above and beyond what I expected. Thanks guys!

Very happy with our new Platinum at Rochester Ford

We recently got a new Platinum F 150 from Rochester Ford. We had great service from our salesman David Sylwester. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with our transaction. Also it was great to work with the Finance Manager and the Sales Manager. They made sure that we were happy and satisfied with our deal. Love my new vehiicle

Decided at last minute to drive down on a Friday night since I had found a particular vehicle on their website. I was happy to know that they were open much later than other dealers. I wasn't thinking I'd actually be driving home with the vehicle that night but thanks to David my salesman & the financing staff they made it happen. I new the type of vehicle I was looking for and I never felt any pressure from them. It all went very easy. I was planning to do financing at another place and right off the bat they said they could beat them. That's something I was never offered by another Ford dealership earlier when vehicle shopping. They all ended up staying more than hour past the closing time just to get me situated. I had a very happy experience from this dealership and would definitely purchase another one there in the future. It was worth the 60 mile drive!

F150 Purchase, April 2014

The purchasing process was very smooth and professional. I worked with a sales rep Paul Adams. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I was completely satisfied with the experience. It's two weeks after the purchase - and I'm loving my new truck.

Outstanding service by Paul Adams

Mr. Paul Adams helped us to get our Ford escape car last week. Paul has helped us buy and lease 2 other cars and we have now know Paul for over 8 years. He is astute professional , extremely knowlegable, customer friendly. he never pushes you or try to sell you a product that you don't want and I think that speaks volumes about Paul and Rochester Ford. In a market where turnover is rapid, Rochester Ford has been able to keep several employees who work > 15 years. Everyone involved in the transaction were top professionals. Something that I admire as I work in a organization know for its professionalism world wide. What is most striking is the process of buying and leasing a car which is stress free! In spite of major building renovation the process was effortless. We were in and out in under 2 hours. I am sure I will give the facilities 5 star when the building work is funally done.

Execellent service

I'm impressed with the customer service here. I dealt with several people here and they all were very friendly and even though I only purchased a vehicle that was less than two thousand dollars they treated me as if I was buying a twenty thousand dollar vehicle. I have a long memory when it comes to good attitudes and good service.

Great buying experience

Recently purchased a used truck from Terry Huebbe at Rochester Ford. He was great to work with and made it a truly enjoyable experience. The staff was also wonderful from the sales manager to the financing all the way to the desk girls who played with our boys while we did paper work. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them. Great price on the truck to start with and more than a fair price for my trade in. Thanks for the great service.

great customer service or shady?

I bought a car last week exactly from them. First off I was told that when they post cars online, the part where it says 3 day guarantee is for cars "$2400 or more" even when it specifically offers otherwise online. The car I bought from there made it from Rochester, to the cities but the nest morning began badly smoking and overheating. Blown head gaskets and worse,.two different repair shops agreed there was strong evidence of newly replaced parts in what looked like an attempt to cover up the blown gasket giveaways. The sales guy Pat went above and beyond to sell me the car, staying nearly an hr ofter close yet regretted to tell me 10 hrs later that there was nothing they would do in amends... That in essance the car was my problem now... $1700 dollars and 4 days later... The car is "fixed"
