Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. On August 27 at 7 pm, I signed a purchase agreement for a 2023 Ford Escape. Since my bank was already closed at that time, the finance manager assured me that I could bring the check the following day. The next day, August 28, I went to my bank, obtained the check, and returned at 2 pm to complete the purchase. To my surprise, the dealership had already sold the vehicle without notifying me. Selling a car under these circumstances shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I will not be doing business with this dealership again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

They had a truck I was looking at.

They had a truck I was looking at. Salesmen and manager were both great to deal with. We couldn’t come to an agreement on the one I called on but they looked all over to find what I wanted. In the end I found one a little closer to Home that checked enough boxes. Didn’t end up buying from them but would not hesitate to in the future. Top notch guys.

Would not buy a vehicle, bring a vehicle here for any

Would not buy a vehicle, bring a vehicle here for any service or trust this business in any capacity. Predatory practices and untrustworthy. Lacking transparency and common sense. We wanted an oil change and got a bill for almost 500 with shop charges that were not communicated until after things were done. First they tried to blame the customers and miscommunication, then tried to share a recording oof a phone conversation - which did not have any mention of the additional charges - then tried to justify it through an email that doesn't require any acceptance.

I regret to inform you that I had an unsatisfactory

I regret to inform you that I had an unsatisfactory experience with a Rochester Ford. Shortly after purchasing a vehicle from them, the bumper detached while driving due to the glue they had put on to make it seem good, failing. Despite reporting the issue promptly, the dealership declined responsibility, claiming the damage occurred after the vehicle left their premises. Furthermore, the dealership employs questionable practices to enhance the appearance of their vehicles. They offer "certified" vehicles with lower mileage warranties, but upon receiving my certified car, I discovered several malfunctions, including inoperative heated and ventilated seats, a non-functional air conditioning system, and a faulty automatic window that fails to roll up when the door is closed. These issues manifested within a mere 300 miles of driving, just as the mechanical warranty expired. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise potential customers to seek alternative dealerships for their automotive needs. Personally, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I found a vehicle from their inventory listed online. I decided to buy it. When I called, they told me they wouldn't sell it to me because I didn't live in "their area". So why are you advertising it nationally if you'll only sell it locally? False advertisement.

Fraudulant Advertising

I called to purchase a truck they have listed online. They told me they don't sell outside of their "area". They said they couldn't honor the price because I didn't live in Mn. (Then why are you advertising it nationally?)
