After deciding to purchase an Escape we decided to talk to Paul Adams to see what he could do for us. He had sold us a vehicle in the past and was very satisfied with him. Talking to him about getting one, he showed us what was available. We now have our Escape and love it. Paul took the time to explain everything out to us and did a great job. When thinking about buying it no high pressured sales from him. He knows how to treat a customer. Thank you Paul for the time you spent with us. Rochester Ford will have my business!

Pretty Good Experience
I went there looking for a used car. The price online was the price at the dealership and the price was also lower than most of the other dealers as well. I felt that sales and financing did a good job on helping me understand my new car and all the various stuff that went with it. I've heard good things from several people about the dealerships in Rochester MN and after this I don't doubt any of it.

Dissappointing repair service & expensive cost
2000 Focus died in Rochester a few months back and I had it towed to Rochester Ford (RF). Their diagnosis was correct but they never found and fixed the problem. There was an ignition circuit relay failure, 'melted' the relay according to RF. (In hind sight I'm sure there was a blown fuse too, though they never stated the fuse had blown.) They stated they had thoroughly check all the wiring for any shorts and should have also been checking for damaged wire insulation. I assumed they knew what they were doing and that the relay had just failed on its own. WRONG!!! Recently the same thing happened again & I knew it was an ignition circuit failure again. This time I was able to tow it to my local repair shop in Rollingstone MN. Within an hour they diagnosed it and found the REAL problem. It was wire(s) that got hot, melted the insulation and then shorted out causing the Ignition fuse to blow. My repair shop fixed the wiring and made sure they wouldn't melt again by tying them away from the hot pipe. What's just as bad about Rochester Ford is they charged my $300+ for not correctly fixing the problem and my local shop in Rollingstone charged me $75 and fixed the problem properly. Very disappointed in Rochester Ford for their poor service, I hope that Ford overall gets on their dealerships for this or they'll lose business. Pretty pathetic when a local repair shop, that doesn't have all the supposed knowledge & tools of a dealer, does a better and cheaper job than that dealership!!!!

New Vehicle purchased in September was awesome experience.
New vehicle purchased was awesome. Caleb took time with both my wife and myself to go over the car, and finance options. Very satisfied with his level of expertise and the company service. Priced same vehicle and couldn’t find one with a better price within 500 miles

Worst dealership
complete waste of time! Sales manager Chris is not truthful and rude ! I have been in numerous dealerships all over the country with my occupation and this dealership by far is the worst! I feel sorry for the people of Rochester who haven't experienced a real dealership

I was very impressed by salesperson Tom Richards. He is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with my many questions. Buying a used car can be overwhelming as there are so many options and factors to consider, but he has a genuine concern for customer satisfaction and will offer good sound guidance. Awesome and Amazing Service!!
Our car was previously repaired by Bloomington Ford. We drove to Rochester for a family emergency. While visiting with our dying relative we were about to leave for home in Bloomington and our car wouldn't start! My husband called Rochester Ford. They helped us get a tow truck to our relatives home, towed it to their service department and we met TONY BERG!! He was our saving grace. You don't meet people like this with so much compassion and understanding at a car dealership! His manager MIKE NELSON was given the runaround from our Bloomington Ford and he took care of our bill!! I can not express how much they have done for us in that ONE day in Rochester!! I will write a review on Bloomington Ford for their behavior. But this review is for me and my husband to say THANK YOU! And GOD Bless Rochester FORD! Customer Service is 10+ stars! though we are limited to 5, this was a 10*** THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Wonderful Experience
Rochester Ford and the people there are fantastic. The honesty from the sales people was a breath of fresh air! They were very friendly and worked with me and my wishes when trading in my vehicle for a new one. Megan Wright was awesome. She is the one I dealt with when first contacting the dealership. She was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend working with this dealership and ask for Megan!
