Nothing but great things!

When other dealer ships would not work with us, Joe Canterbury at Jason Pilger Hyundai in Gautier Ms. went out of his way to make sure that we not only received great service but that we also had the latest in safety features in our new ride. Great dealership to work with. I highly recommend Joe!

Shifty Crooks

They will bait and switch in a heartbeat. Make deal and GM after agreement notifies me that the car is certified pre-owned and will cost more than deal.... Shady! Wanted me to sign we owe waver before drive. Don't waste your time as they are CROOKS!

Manager MO is selling bad engines

My mom purchased a 2018 Elantra on 2.24.22. The check engine light came on the same day. She was in the process of pulling out of my driveway on 2.25.22 to take it back when the engine blew. It took them several hours to pick it up. They told her they were working to correct the issue and did not want her to have a bad customer service experience. He also told to to be there at 10 a.m. and he would put her in another car. She was there at 10 a.m. like they said and she was given a 2016 Chevrolet Cruz to test over the weekend. By the time she made it to Ocean Springs, she noticed the breaks squealing and the transmission pulling.... I followed her back to Gautier to turn it in. The sales rep seemed to be embarrassing and appeared to want to help. MO the manager on duty was not so helpful. He suggested she take the car because it had already been financed. Then he offered her a car 2 years Older with 100k more miles than what she financed. Ironically the financing company sent the payment in today. Now She's locked into a 20k loan with nothing to drive. He's refusing to giver her down-payment back because as he said, "I mean you had the car for 2 days, so technically I don't owe you nothing". This guy need to be fired

This place is a joke to say the least. The service...

This place is a joke to say the least. The service department is horrible. Ben the service manager is rude and runs a completely incompetent service department. The new receptionist is RUDE. She has absolutely no clue what she's doing or how to handle customers. Especially upset customers. Customers service from everyone there but two people is awful. We brought my perfectly fine car in for them to do the recalls on it. I get my car back and it has so many issues you can't back it out the driveway. It's been TOWED back to them TWICE so they could repair whatever happened when they did the recalls. We were told it was our problem on the first return. The car needed spark plugs and coil pack... keep in mind nothing was wrong with the car when we brought it in to start with.. So I had another mechanic put all new plugs and coil pack on the car.. I have receipts. The car still won't turn. Its still doing the same thing as before .So we have it towed to them again.. It's still mess up. So we have the car towed back there a second time. Get nothing but the run around then charged $100 for a new wiring harness.. Told by the service manger " get the car out of my hair" ..so we get it back home again..only to find out they DID NOT CHANGE the wiring harness. Only replaced ONE plug wire. Car is still not running properly and left me on the side of the road. Fourth time around trying to get them to fix my car and it being towed yet again, they now won't speak to me or my husband. They messed up the car..they should fix it. My car has once again been towed to a shop. A different one!! Im currently waiting for answers and a call back from the dealership to see how they plan on resolving the issues they caused. I getting my money back. This place flat out LIES to their customers. Doesn't do what they charge you for. They will not take responsibility for issues they caused. Instead gives people the run around, avoids them all together or tell the irritate customers their car is old and should just buy a new car from them!! WHAT A JOKE!! I wouldn't bring a flat tire to this place. THIS BS has been going on close to two weeks..Two weeks ive been without my car. Which means missing work etc. Never once have they politily offered to pay for the repairs, the tow truck chargers, put me in a rental car while they fix their screw up..NOTHING!! I've contacted a lawyer and will be taking this issue to court if they do not resolve the problem. NEVER AGAIN!! only reason I gave them one star is because the app wouldn't let me write a review without any!!

The worst service department..The receptionists are rude....

The worst service department..The receptionists are rude. They leave u on hold for extended periods of time just to make a service appointment. They do not provide the service on your vehicle that is promised at purchase..

Great buying experience

Great group of people to work with when buying a new car. They work hard at getting you the best buy for the vehicle you want. If you are looking to buy be sure and ask for Chad Kepner. Very knowledgeable and respectful young man that will work hard to earn your business. From the sales team to the finance team they are all out to make your buying experience very pleasurable.

vehicle repair

I was greeted from the initial call regarding the need for repair all the way through arrival to immediate diagnosis to again fast and immediate repair by a professional technician. I was both pleased and impressed by team the Hyundai at teamPilger's.
