Luther Mankato Honda

I gave an excellent rating here because I felt the overall service provided was quite refreshing from what I'm used to. I think I speak for most people when I say I hate going into the dealership and dealing with car sales reps, however in this case from start to finish I was never pushed, lied to or fooled into thinking we were all best friends so lets make a deal. I will definitely refer this dealer to friends and family and would go back again. My sales rep Aaron and Ben in finance were very forthright and explained things in detail from the start (over the phone) to finish (finance office), this was extremely important since I was coming from almost 2 hours away and did not want to waste my time. Great job guys, thanks.

I love my new CR-V and love the experience I had with Luther and Aaron Cotton. I knew what car I wanted but was so impressed with the amount of time Aaron spent with me and my new car. I am not tech savy and he was wonderful teaching me about all of the car's features and helping me get everything set up. I highly recommend Aaron and Luther Honda!

I have been taking my car to Luther for all routine maintenance. I am overall happy with the service, but last oil change took 1 hour 20 min. That seems a bit long especially since it was by the appointment.

The service department personnel, Kerry, Jens, and Mike, continue to listen to, explain to, and take exceptional care of their customers. And on the floor, the mechanics are second to none. They are excellent diagnosticians.

They are crooks. There was a recall on my car which caused another problem but they would not cover it. The recall was for bad power steering hose which was bad on my car and I lost all of my power steering which in turn caused my pump to go bad. They would not cover the pump. They only covered the hose.

This is my third Pilot. I love it. The customer service at Luther in Mankato cannot be beat1 starting from Kerry , who is an awesome and wonderful person to the salesmen we have had, Aaron, Billy, and all the rest who are very friendly and helpful. tall the departments have very knowledgeable people who will answer all your questions. the service department, Kerry, Jens and Mike have been awesome. we have been very happy with their helpfullness and informativeness. ben and ben and alex just to name a few are great. wouldnot hesitate to have any of my friends or relatives go to anyone at Honda.. Jane is very friendly and helpful at the front desk. never have we been to a dealership that has such wonderful customer service and people working there. Thank you all for your kindness and help!!!
