This was our second Honda purchase from Luther Honda, Mankato. The experience was good. No pressure from any one. They did not have the color we wanted on the lot, but they located one at another dealership in 15 minutes. It was delivered the next day. Jason did a good job in leading us through the purchase process. Ben Z. did a good job with the closing process. I like the service we had on our Odessey, will continue to use Luther to service our new CRV.

Took 3 hrs the first day and had to come back the next day to complete the purchase. They low balled us on our trade in and didn't seem to care that we had 2 kids at a sitter waiting for us. I also had to take time off from work to come back on the second day. During the test drive of our vehicle I was told how nice it was, how good of shape the vehicle was in and how much they wanted it. Then when it came down to numbers all of a sudden there were all sorts of repairs they would have to do and then came the low numbers. Our vehicle is an 04 with 72000 miles and not one spot of rust. We were also made to feel like we were crazy for putting money down on the vehicle since we were getting the .9% financing. Well sorry for not wanting a $450.00/month payment! They also tried really hard to push the extended warranty, which I am not against having, but they tried relating it to having health insurance. My health is a little different than my cars. Oh by the way if you want an extended warranty never accept the first price they offer.

This has been our best new car purchase experience ever! We spent a day and a half going to different auto dealers in Mankato and test drove eight cars in a similar price, size, and mpg range, We kept coming back to the Civic. One of the reasons of course was because we liked the car, Another reason was because after extensive research on line, we concluded that they had the most accurate and fair pricing. Our salesman, Darin, was very helpful and NOT deceptive. We actually trusted him! We did not feel like we were taken advantage of in any way, Also, they gave us a fair price for our trade in. No buyers remorse here. .

We had a wonderful experience working with Billy- he made our second Honda purchase very memorable and fun. He was informative, professional and went out of his way to simplify the process. He listened to our concerns and was patient with us while we were choosing between the Pilot and CRV. Looking forward to driving this Honda!

My family has owned many Honda's so I was expecting a smooth quiet ride and great mileage. But what I wasn't expecting is how wonderful all the technology is! I love using voice recognition calling and pandora. The safety features such as the right turn camera, lane deviation warning, all the air bags and backup camera are wonderful. I'm sure that is why my car insurance didn't even go up that much from my old 1999 Buick. I had a great experience with Luther during the buying process. Alex was my sales person. When I told him I was going to look at a Camry to compare, he encouraged me and let me tell you there is no comparison with the 2013 models. When my new Honda Accord came in, Alex spent an hour in my car explaining all the technology. I so appreciate his patience with me and my husband. Ben helped us out with our financial arrangement. What a nice man he is! He explained all the options to us and we never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want to do.
