Luther Mankato Honda

This is my third Pilot. I love it. The customer service at Luther in Mankato cannot be beat1 starting from Kerry , who is an awesome and wonderful person to the salesmen we have had, Aaron, Billy, and all the rest who are very friendly and helpful. tall the departments have very knowledgeable people who will answer all your questions. the service department, Kerry, Jens and Mike have been awesome. we have been very happy with their helpfullness and informativeness. ben and ben and alex just to name a few are great. wouldnot hesitate to have any of my friends or relatives go to anyone at Honda.. Jane is very friendly and helpful at the front desk. never have we been to a dealership that has such wonderful customer service and people working there. Thank you all for your kindness and help!!!

Chris Schroeder, Alex Brandt, and Ben (?last name) at Luther Mankato Honda made us feel like royalty during our purchase of the Honda Odyssey. Chris, who lives near us, answered our initial questions about the Honda Odyssey while we were on a walk by his house. He and his wife showed us their Honda vehicles and helped us see the difference between two different Hondas. Alex Brandt was completely thorough in his explanation of how the various aspects of the Odyssey worked. Had a great experience working with Jenz in Service. He was very helpful in getting my car serviced and even worked with the delivery of my vehicle as I worked close by. I appreciated the extra effort and also the help from Honda with the repair- very satisfied.

We were very happy about the current service we received. Jason Hage (although new to his position) was very knowledgeable about your inventory once he heard what we were interested in. Amount of time it took to get the transaction completed was very accommodating for my schedule.

When servicing they will try to up-sell service - as most probably will. Tey make it sound like it really needs to be done now so be careful and know your car!

I drove to Luther Mankato Honda from Omaha, NE based an extensive search of cars.com. It was well worth the drive and the buying experience was extraordinary. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional. They did everything possible to make the process efficient and painless. They patiently listened to what I wanted and did their best to accomodate me without any "hard sell" tactics. The entire process took only two hours, including test drives. I would make the drive again wiithout hesitation.
