Best purchase experience by wide margin so far at Veterans Ford! And we have bought more than a few cars and trucks here. Our sales person Patrick is knowledgeable patient and very customer focused. He made the buying process a pleasure. Even more important his product knowledge is outstanding and he was able to explain all the features of one of the two cars we bought. Yes we bought two cars

If I could rate them zero stars I would! Do not come here for vehicle maintenance! I have waited twice now over 4 hours for a simple oil change, it’s mind boggling and unacceptable. They should be paying me for wasting my time!

Horrible experience, salesman Patrick is inattentive and left me hanging for over a week. Came in person and pretended there was a misunderstanding (do you not follow up on your leads?) as someone who’s been in sales and marketing for 20 years I’m appalled he was unwilling to even try to negotiate or work a deal on anything. Apparently he is longtime friends with the owner and half retired so doesn’t have to try very hard to make sales. It’s no wonder the cars been there for almost 2 months. Good luck will never be back to this dealership.

When you arrived on Saturday and asked us to appraise the vehicle, we gave you figures after the test drive, after which you then left in a hurry. After reviewing the repair/ service history of this car, I became aware that this purchase has proven to be questionable. I am unfortunately, stuck because it is sold as is. 2022 Hyundai Ionic 5 The issue: I encountered a flat tire last week. In viewing the tire treads closely, I realized that all the tires had well over 85K on them. Confirmed by Hyundai service center and another independent tire dealer. Making them unsafe for any servicing. And unsafe for any individual driving this vehicle. How is this even possible because the car is a 2022 with less than 39K? That 39K supports 39K not 85K or more. Tires with this car have outpaced the age of the car? How is this even possible? The tires were in the mechanics opinion ( and in my opinion) swapped out from the original tires and replaced with these 4 defective tires you guys sold me. I viewing the tires on the day of considering purchase, the treads appeared to be OK. The tires were treated cosmetically leaving me somewhat deceived because they were looking like almost new with a glossed over tire treatment. As a potential buyer this was very deceiving. Big mistake on my part. I should have looked closer. The bad news. The tire rotation was due in service. After bringing the vehicle down to Hyundai they refused to do a tire rotation because the treads were so poor that would deem any tire rotation as unsafe and dangerous. Obviously, the front tires were equal in wear or worse in wear as the rear tires. This was also confirmed from another independent tire dealership. See my anger yet? In summation you guys sold me a vehicle with unsafe tire tread. And the tires were obviously swapped out from the previous owner. There was no recording of any tire changes on past service. So, in conclusion I was really screwed by Veterans Ford. All arrows point to Veterans Ford. In good conscience I cannot recommend your company. This is totally unacceptable. I will submit this review online. If someone is purchasing a used vehicle from your company, I cannot recommend enough a certified mechanic should go over the car prior to any purchase. It is worth the dollars to get a realistic and honest evaluation. And this was a certified blue previously owned vehicle? Give me a break! This is one senior who will not let this go. You guys really took advantage of me. This is known as senior abuse.

While shopping for a pre-owned late-model Corvette C8,

While shopping for a pre-owned late-model Corvette C8, Veterans Ford Tampa jumped into the mix. Worked with one of the sales staff at their sister dealership, Greenway Ford for about a week via phone, text, and email. We both agreed on the selling price and trade-in allowance. Only to find out the morning of my planned drive to the dealership that the C8 Corvette I was set to buy was being held "captive" by their sister dealership in Tampa, Veterans Ford. Veterans Ford didn't want to "release" the car to their sister dealership. This issue was never addressed by both the salesman and sales manager at Greenway Ford. They both gave me the impression that it was just a matter of getting the C8 Corvette from Tampa to their Orlando dealership. Needless to say, it was all time wasted. To rub salt in the wound, Veterans Ford wanted me to drive clear across to their location and buy the C8 Corvette directly from their dealership. Stir clear of both dealerships. Too bad I can only give one star as the lowest rating. I would go lower if one other than a star is available.
