Fernando went above and beyond my expectations of customer service from the very beginning of the transaction to the end. He was always available to answer any little question or concern that I had and there were many (lol I have been called difficult a time or 2). He would personally address any inquiry I had, whether he was in the office or not. I never felt pressured into buying. I am very happy to be in my dream car and came all the way from Jersey to get it :) I would give Fernando 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone looking to get a good deal on a used car.
