Derek F. did a tremendous job on getting the vehicle that my wife and I desired. He was very down to earth and went out of his way to make sure that our purchased vehicle didn’t slip through our fingers. He made it very comfortable to speak with him to discuss what were our best options. I was very satisfied with his work ethics. Not only discussing our vehicle but everyday life. He was an awesome salesman and I wouldn’t have ask for a better experience.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

Brought my car from wiz got it home, discover? It was 2 qt of oil low. On top of that, my battery died. The original bolts were stripped, spending 400 plus all they can do for me, was a free all change. Not happy at all.

We had the worst experience. We are alreadyon battery number 2 and the car was bought not even a year ago. Wiz will not help. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM WIZ.

Worse dealer to deal with, they know their cars are used and need extra work outside of dealers price and would still try to f you over just to benefit their pocket and lie about everything they say about their vehicles or processing.

October 26,2024 went to Wiz Auto in Stratford Ct to do a trade in of my 2012 Kia Optima EX with 169,903 it was value at $1500.00 was told because needed tires and bruises around the car? Today October 29,2024 I see my old kia at a gas station with a for sale $3935.00 like really? Why would the dealership devalue a 2012 in good shape and give the sale person lies but yet put the vehicle out two days later to make a quick sale knowing that it’s value was more than the amount quoted to me, that’s shady in my opinion. I text to sale person today explaining how upset I was and sent him a picture of the old vehicle and he told me don’t be upset, he gave me more lies about wholesale and retail a lot of garbage talk I didn’t respond back to him but let him know I was gonna leave another review. Shame on Wiz Auto in Stratford Ct my first review was 5 stars but now I have change my mind after being so excited about telling family and friends about this dealership being friendly and upbeat atmosphere. I was wrong I give a 1 star on being please with my new vehicle but Wiz Auto made me a mad consumer and will not be doing business with them again. Buyer Beware!! Phyllis Boyd
