I've been buying cars at wiz for several years and sometimes 2 to 3 per year I always have a great experience working with gabe he is very professional ,patient , and understanding of what my taste is and what is the best vehicle for me . From getting an appraisal to the actual purchase is a very short and pleasant experience ,he goes out of his way to make the customer happy,even getting you coffee before starting the transaction . I had the worst experience since a signed my contact. I've had my car one year and my alternator went, my transmission went, my engine had a oil leak that at first they REFUSED to service... Hector is awesome however their cars is the worst. They give you this awesome extended Warrenty because they know the car they are selling you is a lemon. 35 days off the lot my car went DOWNHILL... This is my experience with this dealership & I'll NEVER recommend them to anyone I know.

I worked with Gabriel when I arrived. We took the car for a test drive and during that time Gabe explained the car's features. Also the logistical process was seamless. The financial manager and the general manager definitely know what they are talking about. Overall, a great experience.
