When I lost hope...

The people at Wiz auto are awesome. Jared inparticular was a great salesman who did everything under the sun to get me approved with a loan and now I'm in the car I wanted. Thanks again WIZ!!!

Great experience overall!

I purchased my 2011 Suzuki SX4 from Wiz, and my car buying experience was great. Tony Danzey was my salesman, and he was the best person I had dealt with. He was very honest, and warm, and answered my boyfriend and my questions honestly. At previous places that we had looked, I felt rushed and as if my questions were weird. Tony reassured me multiple times that there's no wrong or weird question. We test drove two cars, and overall the entire staff was friendly and warm. Tony was able to work around my and my boyfriend's hectic work schedules whether it be with the test drives, or the actual buying process. After the purchase of the car, an issue arose with the passenger window, and I called immediately and talked with the service department, and they were able to get me in the next day with minimal wait time at the actual time of service. Unfortunately, I can't remember who was working in the service department on that particular day, but she was really great. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience, and will be recommending Wiz Autos, but especially Tony Danzey, from here on out.

$45k sticker for only $15k and 15,000 miles-a steal!

Quick, no haggle. Jared got m into my Genesis and I haven't looked back. It's just great service and you actually get your more for you buck here than anywhere else I've purchased a car. You leave with a new ride, and not taken for "a ride".

Beware of warranty

The cars are priced right and the sales team is great to deal with. Everything went smoothly for me. Where I have a complaint is that they push the GWC extended warranty on you for an additional 2k. It sounds good on paper but in reality the warranty is pretty much useless, they only cover things that are unlikely to fail. I had to call them 4 times for issues that are common with my car like a belt tensioner, oil housing gasket, etc... and none of it was covered. So far, I spent close to 1k on repairs, none of them covered. I should have saved the warranty money and put it towards repairs. Just my 10c.

Great service from Hector and Meir!

I had a great experience shopping on the lot with Hector. The prices were great and everyone was very nice and helpful. We were able to find a vehicle I was interested in and Meir did an excellent job of getting me a great interest rate on the financing. Everything went smoothly and this was a very professional no pressure environment. I will shop here again for a vehicle for my wife and son.

Happy Mercedes Benz owner

I walked into WIZ after seeing a Mercedes online. Gabe Rios was my salesman and he made feel comfortable throughout the whole buying process. He also gets points for calling me back with an issue that was later resolved. I put a deposit on the car after test driving it and Gabe assured me the deposit was fully refundable which made me even more comfortable with the process. After sleeping on it for a night I called Gabe to let him know that I wanted to move forward with the car. I told him I wanted to pick it up Friday and he said he would have the car clean as a whistle and ready to drive off the lot on the day I wanted. After meeting with Gabe and finalizing my purchase with business manager Meir I drove home my beautiful Mercedes Benz and I love every inch of it. I would highly recommend working with Gabe Rios if anyone is interested in looking at a car from Wiz.

Great Service

Even though I didn?t purchase my car originally from Wiz, I would like to shout out to their superior customer service and service center. Over the winter I was in a bind with my Hyundai. The snow and sleet was extremely difficult to drive in. I reached out to Wiz and they helped me saved loads of money on snow tires and install! It was such a relief that a service center didn?t try to upsell me anything and was so straight forward and quick. Thank you so much Jennifer, Kim, Ralph and Jared!

Internet Pricing

This dealership is a bunch of crooks. Before you go there make sure you realize that there is a $1000.00 charge added on to the price of the vehicle and also a $595.00 dealer conveyance fee. To put in perspective a $20,000.00 car is really a $21,595 dollars off the bat. Also if you do not finance with them they literally throw you out the door STAY AWAY!!!!

Our pricing structure has changed since your previous visit and we no longer assume a $1000 dollar trade and the prices listed on the site are indeed our transparent prices. This previous pricing structure was clearly mapped out on our website and third party feeds along with a description of the Doc Fee we charge here. We apologize about the misunderstanding.

I went to Wiz Autos looking for a specific car that I seen online and I was greeted by my car salesman named Walter. Walter was really nice and showed me the car and was helpful with suggestions since it was my first time buying a car. If anyone is looking for a car I suggest going to Walter "The Car Guy."
