Excellent purchase yet again this is my second vehicle I've purchased through wiz and it gets better everytime. Ralph makes the process nothing but seamless. Jared was great to work with this time around. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Recently went to Wiz Auto to inquire about a vehicle I saw listed online. Within the first 2 minutes of speaking with Fernando Cortinhas, he assured me he could get me into a car the same day. I'm more than elated to say that was exactly what he did. The process was simple and he listened to my likes and dislikes regarding the vehicle and monthly payment. Not only did I leave with the car I initially went there for, but they gave me all 4 brand new tires with gas reimbursement!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car, whether inexpensive or expensive. Service was superior to anywhere else I've ever been.

I called a couple days before hand to ask about a car. I was able to put the $500 deposit down, and they held the car for me to come in. FERNANDO was excellent. He was calm, fair, honest, and was very genuine. I did not feel pressured or hurried, and Fernando even had some great conversations with me about life! The car was in great condition, just as it looked in the photos, and I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. All the sales floor people were kind and non obtrusive. Thank you FERNANDO for making our experience top notch. This dealership has a great reputation because they take care of you, and that is what keeps people coming back. We would like to purchase another car in the future, and since our experience was great, I will DEFINITELY be coming back to WIZ AUTOS for our next automobile!

From the moment I called to inquire about purchasing a vehicle, I had a good feeling about Wiz Leasing and Jared! And yes, my first impression proved to be true. Jared, you made the whole car buying process painless. There was no hassle, no pressure to just hurry up and pick something... You let me wonder around the lot and test as many vehicles as I wanted. You weren't short on good advice and honest opinions. That went a long way... We struck gold when you showed me the 2007 Lexus ES 350. It was love a first sight!!! My fiance and I went to Wiz for te first time after hearing all the great reviews and looking at the inventory online. We greeted and welcomed by almost all the staff members we encountered but Federico was our salesman. Federico was super friendly and honest. My fiance is the inquisitive type and asked many questions, Federico knew all the answers to the questions and if he was unsure he made sure he went to the correct source. We ended up purcasing a BMW 3 series and we ended up meeting Meir (business manager). Meir was funny, witty and knowledgeable. Meir gave us the entire break down of all of the finances. I was truly pleased with my entire experience at Wiz and would most defintely recommend others.

I've live in Stratford Ct and have driven by this dealer ship over and over.I decided to purchase a car at another dealer ship which was miles and miles away which was the worst thing I ever did.To make a long story short I finally decided to stop buy WIZ LEASING which seemed to be a great choice.I would like to thank Meir and his staff (Tom ,Ralph ) for being so helpful .I feel like they went over and beyond to help me with a car that would fit my needs and wants just as well my financial part of it.Just a big thanks to the staff at WIZ LEASING .

This was my 3rd purchase from Wiz Leasing. I worked with Fernando and he was not your normal salesman, no pressure, easy to work with and a great guy but all the folks that work there are a pleasure to work with. You dont get that feeling you are getting taken or buying a lemon. All of the vehicles i've purchased from them have been a please to drive. Seems like they only get good cars and the lot shows. Nice not to have to haggle as they are already at rock bottom prices for year and mileage. The sales manager also did exactly said he would fix a few things after the new year and sure enough it was in the shop and a loaner provided. Great service, awesome place for great cars.

So I called this place after seeing good reviews. i was interested in BMW's my credit isn't the best but its pretty decent and I explained that to them. I talked to Hector and he was going on and on about how great the cars were which I really didn't care I would rather find out myself. He gave me his cell number and told me he would be in contact with me. A couple days went passed and still nothing. So I took it upon myself to reach out and he tried to say that he doesn't know if I would get approved. I just graduated college paid bills and my loans on time never had a problem with that why would I not get approved for a $13,000 loan? seemed strange so I told him to run my credit and then get back to me. A week passed this time and still nothing. So I called and asked to speak to someone else Walter came on the phone and we had a nice conversatinon. I asked him about my credit and he said it was never ran but he had one of the guys run it and I was approved.Then he asked when would I be able to come down I explained to him that I was working more than usual because of the holiday but the following week I would make my way down. Everything seemed cool and I was really excited so a couple days before I was going to head down I called Walter and he explained that he was dealing with a customer and would call me back thats understandable except he never called me back. TWO DAYS passed and still no call back so i called again and talked to someone else and they were no help they wanted me to put a down payment on a car that I never even test drove which is really bad for business and made no sense. So I got tired of getting the run around and decided to go to BMW of Greenwich. There I was treated well excellent customer service and the process took all but two days to complete. I got 2013 with a 6 year warranty which covers everything except the glass and tires. And I also didn't need a co signer, how is it that I would need one at wiz but not a top notch dealership. I'm sorry to say that I would never look to go to Wiz again or refer a friend. You guys need much better customer service and actually keep your word!

We just purchased a Mercedes e320 from Wiz Leasing and couldn't be happier! Fernando and the staff were very courteous, attentive to every little detail, and my wife and I really appreciated the laid back vibe we felt the minute we walked in the door. There was no pressure too sell you anything, and Fernando was one of the nicest dealers I've met. I used to sell Toyotas in Westport for a living and he reminded me alot of myself when I used to sell cars. The finance managers were helpful as well, explaining every detail as we went over everything. We also were introduced to the service manager, should we ever need anything. In think it's very professional to introduce you to the whole staff. Really felt like they weren't just selling you a car, but were also making sure you knew your business is appreciated! All in all, overly impressed and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family, and we will definitely be a return customer. Glad to now be a part of the Wiz family! Thanks guys!
