I'd called today from Florida to inquire about a used car listing on the company web site. I was directed to Ed Vagnini. Ed was a great help in determining the viability of the vehicle I was considering. And while the car was similar to what I am seeking, it tuned out not to be the right car for me. Not deterred, Ed offered to help me locate a car that I want and suggested reaching out to his network and seeing if he could find me just such a car. I've been turned down several times trying to get my fiance a car / truck he wanted for a while now, he went online. I was optimistic about it we had did this several times before and I couldn't get a loan to save my life! A bit discouraging, everywhere we went was no! ,Spending all that time at the car dealership, was out for me I've e been around the block a couple time, don't want to waste my time for them to tell me no! everything was done online and over the phone! it took me about 45 mins to complete everything! ! I live in New Jersey Wiz was able to get an impossible loan to get my fiance in the truck that's perfect for him! Called ahead several days in advance on a vehicle. They Confirmed it to be there. Called the day I was car shopping in the region, salesman said it was ready to drive. Show up, salesman was standing out front smoking a butt and on his cell phone when I said I would be there in 15 minutes. Took me to his desk and bragged about how many cars they sell while checking his phone 5 times. Left to go find the car for 20 minutes. Supposedly the car was "getting some work done". Told me I was the only customer he was dealing with right now, was going to give 100% attention to this, but bumped into another customer in the show room and disappeared outside with them. Not impressed, still has the vehicle I wanted at a great price, but I'd rather spend more somewhere else. The tough-guy attitude from the salesman in the building was a great finishing touch as well. Good luck on those " 20-30 cars per weekend" you sell. I know who one of them won't be sold to.

Their name isnt Wiz for no reason.Boy did these guys work their magic here.I didnt think i was going to get the car that i came in to see,was really just browsing since i didnt have much cash at the moment and was expecting to be judged by my age like most other dealerships do but was extremely shocked at how good their customer service was and they pulled off so many deals and saved me so much money getting the car i just came in to check out it was really phenomenal.My hats go off to Rob,Meir and the rest of the guys here who work their magic!!

After a few painless exchanges, we got to where we needed to be and couldn't be happier with how swiftly things moved along. The approach at Wiz is unlike any you'll experience elsewhere. There's absolutely no pressure relative to buying one of their cars or add on packages for that matter, i.e. extended warranty. We purchased a beautiful SUV that was exactly as advertised at a great deal. Meir in Finance also got us unbelievable financing terms. We'll be going back here for future purchases and recommend others do too!
