We met with Fernando who was very knowledgeable helping us in comparing vehicle's ,without pushing us into buying the more expensive one Additionally Fernando was very personable and and easy to talk with .The best part of our experience was we didnt feel pressured as from my experience is often the case when buying a car.Wiz Auto was organized and everything was ready when we arrived to pick up our SUV from all paperwork already prepared right down to details of a just washed vehicke , sticker removed and a full tank of gas. Put a deposit on a truck agreed on a price gave no paperwork showing what our deposit was for. When a few days went buy and it was time to get the truck Walter claimed the truck was $1000 more then agreed price. Threatened us w losing our deposit after we saught our own finance as a business. They were unable to do a commercial loan with no good banks. We got our own local dealer to buy truck and finance for us. they were terrible returning calls took forever to get the title w 3 calls for it and Walters attitude towards customers buying a vehicle are terrible. As someone who is in the customer service business i was appalled. This is a shady guy that doesnt stay true to his work and treats people poorly. Move onto another dealer folks!

After six other used car dealers, my wife and I visited Wiz, and had the good fortune of hooking up with Gabriel Rios. There are a lot of jokes and unkind references to used car salesman, but he does not fit that mold. His service and communication were outstanding, but not just up to the sale, but continuing after the sale. I was also impressed with the overall efficiency of the entire Wiz Autos operation. I would highly recommend them and Gabriel specifically to anyone searching for a used vehicle.
