Guys were cool. They didn't try to sell me something that wasn't in my price range. They've searched high and low to find a vehicle in my budget. They did and I'm glad with my purchase.

no effort.

Salesman made no effort to sell car/give information on the car. . I basically sold the car to myself. Salesmen gave us the key and went inside for about 20 minutes before I had to get him to come back outside and assist us.

Jeep purchase

Wiz auto was great. We pulled into the parking lot and was greated by salesman Gustavo who right away helped us from start to finish with the purchase of now my new jeep answered all my questions and treated us with a kind heart. Very grateful to Gustavo and the team at wiz auto. I recommend wiz auto to any looking for a nice vehicle at a great price. Thank you wiz auto.

Lemon

Brought a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox from them 4/2018, thought it was a good running car boy was I wrong. The engine light came on about 2 weeks after I brought it, they said it was just the gas tank, I said alright they reset the code and sent me on my way. Less than a week it came back on so I took it to a local autozone to run the code and it turned out to be the catalytic converter Brought it back they said they will take car of it for free, got the car back drove great, but not for long. I'm having the same problem I'll give this car back to them for free if I could. Do yourself and others a favor, DO NOT GO TO THE WIZ. The cars are LEMONS

Mr. Blackwell, I pulled your service records this morning. Even though your vehicle was purchased as-is we had your check engine light on file and replaced the catalytic converter with factory oem parts at no charge to you. The factory warranty's these parts for 12 month or 12000 whichever comes first. We installed it on 05/17/2018. As long as you have not gone over the 12000 miles you are still under warranty for three more weeks. Please call our service department to get you in asap so once again there will be no charge to you to repair your vehicle. As for your comment (the cars are lemons) I believe is a little harsh. We are not the manufacturer and we fixed your vehicle a year ago with factory parts. Wiz is to blame on a vehicle that we haven't seen since the first month you bought it? The vehicle was 8 years old with 92,000 miles on it when you purchased it. You did have a check engine light on after you took delivery and Wiz repaired it at no charge to you using factory oem parts. By any chance did you call our service dept. to see if we could help you? According to our phone log you have not. Before you post a negative review you should at the very least give us a chance to help you. Please call us as soon as possible to get your vehicle in for repair. Ralph Gamboian 203-375-3800

Had an amazing experience

I have officially had my car for 3 1/2 weeks! I had an great experience all because of Gabe the salesman that helped me to pick my car! He was so very real and helpful throughout the entire process! Will definitely be going back to him in the future and most likely my sister will too! I’m in love with my Jeep Grand Cherokee!

Great straightforward experience

These guys were great. No nonsense. No surprises. Fernando was awesome. He told a few extra steps to make sure we were taken care of. I will recommend these guys any time someone asks me where to go to get a quality set of wheels.
