I'm not one for reviews and very skeptical about any dealerships but thought the prices on the vehicles were fairly priced but more importantly, the service and sales experience was very good. Fernando was the person I dealt with and he was straight forward, knowledgeable and not pushy about a quick sale. Took care of vechilcle before pick up and took care of vehicle that I noticed before I got to bring it up. Would come again for another ride when ready.

Overall Travis was the best thing about this experience! He was outstanding! Accommodating, apologetic and even answered texts on his day off. THANK YOU! Ralph the manager was equally good. They took care of all my problems and beared the brunt of my frustrations with certain issues. I definitely thought from my first impressions this would be an easy in and out thing but it was not the case. And maybe someone with a lot of patience would give the wiz 5 stars but I am not a person with a lot or even a little bit of patience. Their customer service is great. Car buying experience such as financing, and mechanical details not the best. My car failed inspection and furious I called Ralph the manager and he calmly came up with a solution for me. So kudos to having great customer service. I love my venza! I wish it was a little easier to get things done such as registering it and having it pass inspection. That would have been enough to get 5 stars. If you continue giving great service like Travis and Ralph did; I’m sure those are things people will remember! Thank you for understanding my frustrations and helping me figure everything out.

Worked with Mike B excellent salesman and very helpful the customer service was great and with the help of his team Ralph and Meir I was able to get the SUV I wanted.I walked off the lot a proud new owner of Audi. Will recommend Wiz to anyone looking for a new or used car this makes car number two for me.
