I would have given them a 5, but because I wasn't told that the financing didn't require me to purchase the costly roadside assistance and service plan, I'm giving a 4 overall and also on quality. I said I didn't want an extended warranty from the beginning. They knew I was in a rush because I had to go to work so they should have explained it to me when I was signing the forms. The contract says I can cancel it at anytime but the money is already rolled into my loan amount. I will call tomorrow to discuss it. Other than that everything was finished in one afternoon and everyone was very nice. My salesman, Tom, was excellent. I went back the next day and they took care of the problem. Because they were so nice and eager to help me, I'm giving them 5 stars across the board.

2011 HONDA ODYSSEY---MY WIFE AND I WERE IN NEED OF A NEW CAR FOR OUR GROWING FAMILY. TRAVIS LET ME LOOK OVER THE CAR FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER WAS UP FRONT AND HONEST ABOUT ALL THE DETAILS OF THE VEHICLE. EVEN ON HIS DAY OFF HE WAS ABLE TO GIVE UPDATES TO MY WIFE AND I UNTIL WE RECEIVED THE CAR. BOTH TRAVIS AND JARED'S SERVICE IN MY TRANSACTION WAS A+. I FEEL MUCH MORE SAFE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD IN MY ODYSSEY.
