When first walked in I was approached with courtesy and respect. Gustavo Martinez was the gentleman that approach me and asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and ask me to have a seat at his desk and he would check to see if they still had the vehicle I was interested in. I told him I had a couple bad experiences with car dealerships, Gustavo told me that I was in for best experience i ever had when buying a car. Gustavo was right! Everything went smooth from start to finish. It was the best experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle. The service, and friendliness of the entire staff was great. I went back to give them the down payment on a day when Gustavo was off that day and Walter Ufot stepped in to cover for Gustavo and I was equally impress with the service that Walter provided. Walter also made me comfortable with the purchase i was making. Gustavo and Walter service was awesome. I would recommend Wiz auto to all my family and frends.

From the moment I put in a information request with Walter he sent out a email with contact info. I was able to give further details about my situation and what I could do to possibly get into a new vehicle. I came back the next morning with the proper paperwork etc and was able to drive off the lot within 3 hours. The only negative I can mention was the vehicle I purchased was not available for a test drive due to a dead battery. After 2 days the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership where they cleared the light and told me to come back when it comes back on. I now have an appointment with them to fix watever the issue is 11/16. I would think the dealership wouldve thoroughly checked all systems before deciding to sell the car. It just seems ridiculous that i purchase a semi new car here (2016) only to have the check engine light come on within 2 days of purchase. This is my second time working with Wiz as I bought my previous vehicle with them. My wife also purchased two vehicles from them as well. Def speak with Walter for your sales needs as he is the most upfront, no bs person in the building. Overall cool experience!

Tom was great and treated us wonderfully! I am in love with my wrangler! The Jeep is in great shape, spotless and every employee we came in contact with was pleasant and friendly! I definitely recommend him and this dealership! Thank you Tom!!

Travis was the best salesman I've ever worked with. He always shot straight and was up front about everything throughout the entire process. He's also a genuine car guy which I always find reassuring. All the usual used car extras such as warranties were all offered but when declined there was no pressure whatsoever. All in all a truly stress free and pleasant car buying experience.

This is the second time I purchased a car from wiz. I noticed a few things that must be more then just ironic coincidence. 1) they never have the car ready to go when you arrive to sign work. It's always magically ready when you get out though. This is both times, and it was for a reason. It was so I did not notice shotty repair work prior to signing for car. I demanded a million times and actually came back a second day I took off from work and still nothing. They waited patiently until I could not bare the pain of taking time away from work any longer and just took car as is. 2) both times I purchased cars at wiz the salesman (different each time) was magically out of office for family emergencies....not sure how this effected me other then being unable to ask him questions about the cars status. 3) I was told twice that the car I was purchased was certified, which infers warranty and other perks from manufacturers. I can assure you it's not the case. After bringing my bmw to bmw for first oil change I inquired and they basically laughed at me and said a car is only certified when we sell it.... They make it so you sign prior to seeing the car cleaned. When you test drive cars they are dirty, alignment off, etc. They promise to repair and do bare minimal. For me, they painted back bumper, but little did I know the front end repair from previous damaged was done so horribly you cant see reflection of yourself when freshly waxed. My salesman was great second time around, but I feel like the dealership is up to shady practices. Buyer beware, I wish I just spent the extra 2,000 and bought certified preowned.

Transaction was quick & fairly painless. Don't forget your current registration if transferring a plate! With any luck I won't have to buy again!

Like many of us, I rely on Internet reviews to inform my shopping decisions, but I never actually write any of my own! So, this is my first one, and it says go check this place out, I ended up with a great car. You'll see. Like anybody, I was a nervous wreck shopping for a used car, but when I happened upon Wizauto, I found Mike Brancati to be extremely helpful, informative, and patient. Meir in finance worked miracles for me as well, and believe me, I needed it!
