A fantastic experience with some awesome people because they CARE about what they are doing, have a strong service to the client philosophy that resonates throughout the agency. Came down to consider a purchase, arrived with hubby & dog in tow, was greeted with astounding care.....for the dog, too! Travis had the vehicle ready & cooled (it was HOT outside) while his co-workers pampered our dog with H2O, cookies & walks! The vehicle was beyond my expectations but that was just the beginning of the joy of purchasing it! Travis took care of EVERYTHING regarding paperwork & did it FAST but more specifically, accurately ! Meir Soffer was a down to earth gentleman, explaining the financial details clearly & in "human terms", never have I felt that honesty vibe from a financial expert! Now more raving about Travis: this young man went beyond the usual salesman experience for me, he recognized that there were extenuating circumstances in completing the vehicle delivery & in my opinion, went beyond the sales' person rulebook to get my SUV to me THAT DAY!
