Folks at Wiz were friendly , personable and professional. Meir was helpful in securing a rate that I was happy with and I think the car was fairly priced. The salesman Fernando is a nice person to deal with, low key and friendly and knowledgeable.

Check the vehicle out thoroughly and read before signing anything. Helpful staff. Wish I felt more at ease but often got the “pushy car salesman” vibe. Ended up purchasing and having issues but they are working through it with me.

Had a great salesman who gave me a great buying experience, couldn’t of been any better.they have great vehicles on there Sales lot !

This was my first time buying a car and Tony made this a great experience for me. I told him what I wanted and from then he helped me with everything. He helped me purchase a very good 2011 Toyota Camry at a good price with great mileage. When the transmission died on my minivan, I was so terribly stressed out about having to purchase another vehicle. We went to a few used auto dealerships and went back to The Wiz after each visit to another dealer. Everyone was unbelievably helpful, they weren't pushy, and they really knew their business - from being knowledgeable about their vehicles to financing, there was no question that went unanswered. We ended up working with Ralph. Let me tell you, I really didn't make his life easy. I had a million questions and went back multiple times. He was patient with me every time, and never made me feel like I was being a burden. Ralph made me so comfortable and secure in our purchase that I will continue to go back for any vehicles that we may need in the future. We love our Chrysler Town & Country! First time to a used car dealer, and my experience was excellent. Looking for a lux used SUV and it was a seamless, efficient and easy process. Travis showed me the cars I wanted with no pressure. He also told me about cars coming in, and I bought one that came in that night. No pressure from Travis to buy the more expensive car, no pressure to get add-ons or extended warranty. Just a relaxing, pleasant experience in which he listened and gave me what I asked for. They did a safety check and fixed the small issues on their dime. Would highly recommend Travis and the dealership.

Quite honestly I was a bit hesitant about checking out a car in Stratford Connecticut an hour and a half from my home in NJ. I expressed my fear to Travis, my salesman, when I called on a Sunday to inquire about a car I had seen online. Travis Martin was knowledgeable , competent, reassuring and sincere. When we negotiated my potential new car and possible trade in he was both, honest and diligent, answering all my questions,, presenting my offer and always returning my calls. When I took the ride to Connecticut the following Monday, I was not disappointed the car was exactly as Travis had assured me. In this sometimes crazy world of fake advertising and dishonesty the Wiz ,their entire staff and especially Travis were a breath of fresh air. I got a great car at a fair price , it was definitely worth the trip!

I have to be honest, I was expected the stereotypical "Used Car Dealer" like from the movie Vacation. You know, some salesman saying this to you: "You think you hate it now... wait until you drive it home!" and feeling like you need to shower after you visit the place. WELL... I couldn't have been more wrong! Travis (and everyone at the dealership for that matter) was polite, courteous and nothing but a consummate professional, We drove away with a great car at a great price. Two thumbs up to you Travis! Thank you. "Nobody Defeats The Wiz" is my new saying. I would 100% recommend Travis and the gang (yes, even Ralph ;-) ) to any of my friends!
