I normally wait at least a few months before writing a review, especially when purchasing a used car because so many bad surprises can pop up after the first few weeks. But I have to admit that I have not been disappointed at all with the Lexus Hybrid we bought about 4 months ago and am very glad that Hector was there to guide us through the process. It was not the car we were first looking at, but he made some suggestions and after giving us a lot of information on the different options he presented we are extremely pleased with our choice. He was correct that even though the price was a bit more the savings on gas has compensated and we feel good about polluting less than your average car. I always appreciate a salesman who is not too pushy and very knowledgeable about not only the what he sells but also the industry. I will definitely be recommending family and friends to come down and ask for him, thanks again Hector!!!

Fabulous experience with "Tom" . . . As soon as I pulled into the dealer lot, Tom came running out to see if I needed any help and introduced himself. I was already excited that I had a sale person that was energetic and running out to assist me. I spent quite some time on the dealer lot looking at all different types of vehicles. The one that got my eye was the "Mercedes". Tom was patient, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I spent a lot of time working with him and I was thrilled that he was so patient and understood how I felt making my decision. Finally I purchased this vehicle and drove it home, the car drives like a dream. I would recommend any of my friends or family to work with "Tom" and go to this dealership. Hector Diaz at Wiz Autos in Stratford, CT is the salesman to go to if you want the right car at a good price and without pressure or any games. He showed me exactly what I asked to see, including offering test drives. Plus, he found a car that I had I overlooked in my online research. It was exactly what I needed and I bought it that afternoon! More than great professionalism, Hector is a great guy with fascinating life stories. This makes waiting for the paperwork go by in no time. The only downsides were that one car I wanted to see was a bit dirty on the interior, and that the finance guy is a bit pushy on the extended warranty (although he got me a good deal on financing). But those were minor issues compared to getting the car I wanted at a good price with no hassles!

Gabe was great since the first phone call. Extremely professional and he wasn’t a pushy salesmen. which made me want to buy a car even more. I told him my budget and what I was looking for, and the first car he showed me was the last. THANK YOU! I WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE GABE!

The "super" guy ta the Dealership, aka. Ralph Gamboian, calls himself an "educated dope, who never accomplished much in his life". No argument there. Having said that, he demands the out most respect from other people. Respect is not something given; it's EARNED. And he's earned NONE.

Being a single woman buying a used car can be daunting. But not here. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered fully...and with no pressure to buy. The prices are very good and financing was easily procured. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my purchase an informed, stress free and enjoyable one. As it should be...buying an automobile is the second largest purchase one can make, I was able to walk away without any question that Fernando Ralph and Jennifer would stand behind their statements of service and quality of care. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you all for a wonderful experience
