Everything was good until we came to pick the car up. The car was not ready when it was supposed to be and we had to wait longer for the car. Would not have been a problem if they didn’t say the car would have been ready an hour earlier. Other than that good experience

Travis and the rest of the team at Wiz Autos were all very friendly and made the process of purchasing a used car as easy as possible. My husband and I found the car we wanted online-a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan. Living in New York, close to 2 hours away, most of the initial part of the process was done via phone, email, and text. Travis made the whole process so efficient. Our financing was approved over the phone by a very friendly Meir. When we arrived to Wiz for our test drive, Travis was very easy going and knowledgeable. We loved the car and bought it that day. A very organized Jared walked us through the finance piece and since we filled out the online application a couple days prior, all the paperwork was ready for us. A great experience. Would absolutely work with them again!

Wonderful experience, I will be back to buy more cars. Everyone was patient as I took my time, they answered questions, and my salesperson was very helpful in the decision-making process, giving me rides to the train station as well. Overall, I was so happy to get the car I wanted, and they made it all seamless, pleasant and hassle-free.
