He truly listened to what I was looking for and the budget I wanted to stick with, and made it his goal to accomplish that. When it came time to work out the financing details, Meir and Ralph were just as great to work with, again, doing their best to work within my comfort zone in the most helpful manner possible. Travis and the staff at Wiz was just superb. I came all the way from NJ to pick up a used BMW and the experience has been great from the beginning. A lot of the details we managed over the phone and even when I arrived, never felt any pressure to make a purchase. All was arranged for me so that by post test drive, all papers were set up for just my signature. In addition, he was very transparent about the vehicle and pointed out some quirks that I was not privy to. Additionally, he assured me that the items I pointed out would be addressed upon delivery. Communication was key as he sent me updates along the way via text. I had to take the train up and picked up from the Stratford train station. Just amazing customer service. I will definitely return here for my next purchase. Bar none, the best experience I've had at a dealership. Its difficult for me to say that as Ive purchased many vehicles in my day and usually dread used sales dealerships, or any dealerships for that matter. These guys were a pleasure to deal with.
