Exceptional service always at Ferman

I scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 20 minutes early and my service person, Joseph said no problem. He had my car taken for service immediately and in no time at all, my car was back and Joseph took my payment and I was back on the road. Joseph was very pleasant and courteous. I have used various Ferman service locations over the years and each location has always been top notch and trustworthy as was Ferman Mazda in Brandon, FL.

Excellent Customer Service

Valetha was professional, courteous and accommodating. She provided excellent customer service and I truly appreciated her follow up call after purchase. It was also a pleasure working with Jeffrey in the Finance Department.

Everything I Needed

After finishing my one year of maintenance, I had my oil done at an un-named place, but let's just say it rhymes with Nifty Boob, and they (among other things) told me that my battery needed to be changed urgently. Then they looked dejected when I said it was still under warranty. So I came to the dealership for a battery check, and to get a piece of plastic that was now hanging from my undercarriage clipped back in place. They did it quickly, without fanfare, and without charge. I think I'll make an effort to get there for further maintenance rather Lubing with folks whom I might be able to get to in a Jiff.

Smooth Service

The whole process to setup a service appointment through driving off the lot was very smooth. Joe kept me informed throughout the appointment time. I just moved to FL from AL and Ferman Mazda just made the relocation a little bit easier. Thank you.

Great facility, clean and had snacks available. Service of car just took longer than I expected even though I showed up 30 earlier for my appointment.

Great place to buy a car

I have bought several new Mazdas from Chris and he has always been easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the cars. When it is time for service Sam is the guy to work with, he is friendly and bends over backwards for his customers.

Met My Expectations

Although an oil change is not exactly brain surgery, the customer experience can be either pleasant or not-so-much. I was given the usual courteous treatment I have come to expect from Ferman, the waiting room was comfortable, and a staffer even volunteered to help me use the new, complicated, instruction-less coffeemaker. Very nice all around!
