Very first new car ended up being a Mazda CX-5
I had been searching and researching cars and SUV's for about three months when somehow a search came up with the Mazda CX line of crossovers. After reading the safety features and other features of the Mazda CX-5 there was no other choice for me. My salesman, Matt was great. Being that it was my first brand new car purchase he answered all my questions, even some that might have been kind of stupid for a seasoned new car buyer. The finance team came up with a better deal than I could have ever expected and even beat the interest rate my bank had given me. My roommates birthday was 2 days away and they even took off an extra $300 so I could buy a very nice dinner. Ferman Mazda of Brandon completely changed the way I thought purchasing a new car would be. Thanks, guys!

Recent service visit
I was greeted immediately upon arrival by my Service advisor Sam Gunnoe who addressed me by name. It was not long before the car was in the shop and then back to me in just under an hour. This is the best dealership for service I have ever dealt with and Sam the epitome of what Ia service advisor should be. I highly recommend this dealership and Sam Gunnoe. They will take very good care of you.

Car buying this time was a great experience!

Tire Repair for MazdazCX-5.
I was able to get a tire repaired. It took a little over 1 hour. The waiting room is comfortable and the service staff is courteous and helpful. A very good experience overall.

Great place to get car serviced; they always treat me well and provide excellent customer service. But, I wouldnt recommend buying from them as they are shady as xxxx. Watch out with your trade-in appraisal and take extra special care in that finance office.
