Exceptional!

Service appointment

Very friendly quick service. Very respectful to my needs. I like when I bring my car in and they listen to me about it and not dismiss me because I am a old woman.

Worst Dealership I have ever worked with!

Worst Dealership I have ever worked with! Crappy service department, and they sold me a BRAND NEW vehicle with a repaired rim. When I tried to get it resolved through them they did nothing. I will never buy another vehicle from them or GM! In addition, I had them take the tire off of the bad rim to show them the patch that was on on the outside and where the tire company had put the patch on the inside, they destroyed the valve stem. I had to take my car to discount tire to get a new vavle stem. Also I called Chris Jett (the service manager to set an appointment. When he called me back he thought I was a mechanic that was applying for a position there. Obviously he not very organized and pretty much sucks as a service manager. The only thing I will say is they did wash my car.

Thank you very much for reaching out, we are known as one of the leaders in the auto industry and we want to keep our reputation as such. Brand new vehicles come from manufacturer, if there is any type of cosmetic damage at time of delivery we do arrange to have repaired before sale. . When we brought in GM to review the claim they ultimately offered assistance unfortunately they denied 100% percent coverage. We sincerely apologize for any frustration stemming from your service visit as we certainly are in the business of helping people.

GM contacted YOU, then told me there wss no way to prove it. Now why would they do that? So they basically called me a liar after speaking to YOU! YOU sold me the vehicle with a defective rim. YOU should have replaced the rim! YOUR actions show 0 accountability! Don't hide behind GM! Be accountable and replace the rim!

3rd vehicle at D?Arcy

Very friendly and knowledgeable . Didn?t feel pressured. We?re not pushed into a vehicle we did not want.

Great service from Pete!

Everything went great for our service appointment. It was the first time bringing my 2022 3500 SLE to your dealership for service. Super fast vehicle purchase.

I was visiting from out of town and saw the vehicle online. Called them and said I would be there in an hour. They had the vehicle up front waiting for me. I drove it and purchased it in less that two hours. No run around or wasted time, just a super quick vehicle purchase.
