My husband and I have been looking for a car for over 2 months and we had no luck. We went to skye autohaus and they were very helpful and friendly. We decided on the car we liked, and the process was very easy! This was our first time buying a car from a car lot, and Travis and Rob both were great about answering any questions we had. They never pressured us into buying a car, but they gave us all the information and helped us with everything. I would recommend skye autohaus to anyone and everyone! I love my Subaru impreza :)

I recently bought a Forester from Skye Autohaus. I shopped around for about a month but kept returning to this dealership as I was most impressed with the quality of their inventory. The owner Rob and his associate Travis were a great help ion the process. I mostly dealt with Travis who never pressured me during the process. In fact he would give me directions to look at vehicles on other lots. The vehicle was purchased at a fair price according to the bank, NADA, and Kelly Blue Book. I noticed an air leak in the window trim after the purchase and Travis had his guy repair it free of charge at my convenience. My experience at Skye Autohaus was a pleasant purchase and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

He's helped me, not once, not twice, but three times with buying a vehicle. He's helped my little sister with getting a car and well as my boyfriend. Great place to buy a car! Skye Hause Auto has a large selection of different makes and models of Subaru's. They even have a few other models/makes as well. I really appreciated how both Rob the owner and Travis the Sales Associate willingly answered several questions about several cars over several weeks I shopped virtually and actually for several weeks, and did research for several months before I sought out and this Subaru location to buy a car. The prices are comparable and fair and in ranges affordable to many. I am in the process of restoring my credit, and Rob and Travis worked hard to find the right match for me for financing at terms that I could meet. Most important of all Rob stood by his vehicle inspection and "Good Car" facts, and made sure that the car I purchased meet his high standards, and honored his good reputation. As a resident of Weaverville and a lover of Subaru's, I wanted to give Skye Autohaus first shot at selling me my next pre-owned Subaru. I always dread the hassle of purchasing a car, but I can say that I walked away from Skye Autohaus with no emotional distress. After driving 3 different Foresters, I found the one I wanted. They provided me with a carfax, along with the invoice of all the service they had performed on the Forester before it was placed on the lot for sale. I drove away with a great car and was never pressured into my decision.

I emailed this gentleman and told him what I was looking for and explained that I lived over 4 hours away but I would be on vacation and would be a lot closer. He said to come down look at the car and he would take a look at my trade. I told him what kind it was and everything so he could've gotten a rough estimate of the numbers to see if I would be happy with the payments and etc. But no he waits for me to put my vacation on hold and drive 2 hours out of my way to let me walk in his office and after maybe 2 mins tells me we can't do anything. To top it all off he went from the nice guy at the beginning to very rude. After I got rude back he decided to return to the nice guy again. After I finally got to test drive the car the owner proceeded to argue with me about how it is a positive thing that a OEM clutch was replaced with another OEM clutch on a car under 50,000 miles. Anyone in their right mind knows that a clutch lasts a whole lot longer than that. I will never ever in my life return to this place. The owner switched from nice to rude and wanted to argue with me when he was wrong. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

After spending several months trying to find a gently "used car", I decided to visit Skye Autohaus. I knew that I wanted a Subaru and a friend referred me there. There were quite a few to choose from that fit both my criteria and budget. I was not hassled into a purchase and the buying process was a pleasant one. The father and son team were informative and polite, working well with each other. I love my Subaru and I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a used Subaru.
