Servicing our 2019 BMW X3 xdrive

Jessica had great communication and was very professional and delivered above expectations. Also referred a friend to the sales department who purchased a 430i coupe. We are looking forward to our next service. Jessica is the best!

Great experience!

Communication all thru the process via texts was a perfect way to keep me informed. The texts were clear, detailed and gave the option to call if needed for more information. The arrival process was smooth from the time you drive on the lot for your appointment to the time you pick up your car after the work was performed. The facility was clean, modern, and comfortable for waiting. They arranged and paid for a diver to take us to the mall while the work was being done and pick us up once it was completed which was fantastic. On the second visit they gave us a loner to drive over a few days while the car was being worked on. Very nice loaner which honestly, I might buy. That was probably a sales tactic to buy a newer car, but it worked and it was a good way for me to experience a car I might purchase. Very professional service provider who I will continue to use.

Great service and staff

Reggie is extremely helpful and realistic. Very well prepared to answer any questions and does not shoot from the hip. Very courteous staff and great coffee.

Service I Trust with people who are kind

All aspects were very Pleasant! Everyone- phone call, the associates in the drive up, parts department etc. Joseph is Always knowledgeable and great at explaining things. Service technician of the year (I think) - fantastic. Also, I know if I’m still having problems I can get the issues resolved quickly
