They had three of the make of vehicle we were looking for. I told my husband the their inventory and place of business looked well cared for. We went right out there and found exactly what we had in mind. Art and Adam were a pleasure to meet and not only were they not high pressure salesman they were no pressure! This was absolutely the best experience we ever had buying a vehicle new or used! We have and will continue to recommend them. I was a bit skeptical at first going to a smaller private dealership. However, I left feeling very comfortable and satisfied after buying a 2006 Pontiac minivan. Art Douglas was kind, courteous and professional. He even agreed to take care of some minor car maintenance items prior to the vehicle purchase at no extra cost.

Had been looking for a clean SUV for almost 2 months. Planned on buying from private owner. Started to look at dealers and then went on cars.com site. Saw a 2008 Mariner on Jim Douglas dealership website. Of course I checked out the reviews which were all great! Their dealership was only 20 minutes away from me so me and my husband drove out there after speaking to Adam on the phone to ask a few questions about the car first. Got there and the car was as described. Beautiful! My husband took it for a test drive, looked over every inch of the car. We wanted a few minor things done to the car, which Adam was more than happy to do for us. The car is now sitting proudly in our driveway. Adam and his dad are incredibly nice. They are the opposite of what dealerships are usually known to be. We are now looking for a car for our daughter and my husband has Adam on the hunt. DO NOT hesitate to buy from there!!

My wife and I were looking to buy an 07 Buick Rendevous with 3rd row seat for a second home. I searched the internet, found one at Jim Douglas Auto Sales, and sent an online inquiry. The next morning, we found a response from Adam and made an appointment. With 88,000 miles, the car looked new. Beautiful condition and the test drive validated this was an exceptional vehicle.
